Today I lay my besy friend to rest

Gympho

the man
:sadwavey: I bought Joey 7 years ago. He was a great companion and will be truley missed. Being a Boxer he was always looking for affection, and always ready to greet whoever came to the door.....although most strangers were afraid when the door opened. Having him made me more comfortable when I left for work (nightshift) knowing he would be home to protect my family. Always sleeping in the hallway between the bedrooms, ready to pounce at the slightest noise. With my wife running a daycare at home he became familiar with the times the kids would arrive, waiting at the door to say hi. I truley appreciate his patience with my kids letting them crawl all over him. Although he tried to mount me a few times,:gay: I will always consider him to be my best friend, always there when I needed him.......

wow bro u brought a tear to my eye. im sorry for your loss. im a dog lover as well and own a nice female amstaff. in time maybe you can find another friend to bring home to the kids.

I am sorry man, that is hard to deal with. Even a dog.

I have my Ginger, a 14 year old(I think) Yorkie.

Always at my heals, ever since she was a pup. Never leaves my side, sleeps where I am at...but its getting to that time so I know I too will have to do this. And I know its gona mess me up for a week or two :/

Sorry for your loss bro... As a dog owner of 2 dogs, Lab and a Weimaraner. I can say there is nothing better than a dogs loyalty and love. They are always happy to see you no matter how bad YOU have been.
Best wishes for ya man.

I'm so sorry for your loss man! :(

Gosh damn I've lost several very close best friends and it's the hardest thing in the world.

Boxers are great - my brother has a beautiful one - I'm on my third Doberman Pincher with my wife and the best part of my day (other than my wife) is seeing him so happy to see me come home.

I just say this - because when the time is right I would get another and I'm sure you'll give him or her a wonderful life - if your the type of person to post this then I believe you would have to make another one VERY VERY HAPPY.
