Just looking for some input. I haven't trained my bi's and tri's in the same day for many years but have recently been thinking about switching it up. i like to run a 4 day split so not sure how i would make it work.

personally i like training them on the same day, then maybe on back day,i might do 1 small excercise for biceps and chest day 1 small excercises for triceps

Train arms together or seperate?

Definately seperate, i do my left arm on Monday, and my right on Friday! Kidding! I enjoy hitting triceps and arms on the same, alternating sets from Bi's to Tri's.. really helps.

Chest/Shoulders
Bicep/Tris/forearmsx1set/abs
Legs
Back

That looks like a decent spilt. i may have to try it.

I dont think it matters. whichever way you want.

PERSONALLY, I like to split them up.

delts and tris
chest and bis/forearms

im sure arguments can be made for either method...and those arguments will be boring and pointless....so just do whatever feels good to you.

My arms weren't lacking but they weren't exactly where I wanted them at in comparison so I started hitting light tris at the end of my chest day and light bi's at the end of my back day. Then hitting them both hard together on a day together. Usually the arm day is on the weekend because the girls love them guns!! haha

Do mine on the same. I can't do tris and chest on the same day. I cant do a lot I get so tired. Dark cod later bro?

Try separate and early in the week and on Saturday do both super setting them and just pump them up. That's mine favorite it got me 21in arms. Light though

If you been doing the same thing for years then that has to be stale to you - switch it up. I personally train mine in the same workout twice a week. One day is heavy and the other is more reps.

I never trained bi's/tri's together until just recently and the pump on both sides of the arm just feels awesome, i felt like i was 3x bigger! haha

I also feel like to hang from the pull up bar after training them and stretch them out it hurts at first but the pumps just seem to get bigger and bigger from doing them. Pretty much like combining a DC lat stretch but it really pulls and stretches your entire upper body too which i really like.

Never really thought about doing weighted hangs on arm day - I usually do hangs on back day though for a nice stretch @ the end up to 60 seconds. I'll keep adding weight until I can't hold past 60 seconds.

i do arms and shoulders on the same day. my routine looks like this, chest, back, cardio, legs, shoulders/arms, cardio, rest, repeat.

i do them on their own. back, chest, shoulder, legs, arms, cardio. thats my 6 day split. i also do a little cardio on lifting days.
