I'm about to try it...throwing in like 5-6 sets for bis and 6 sets for tris after every workout..

Nothing will make my arms grow. I've heard this works for some people even though it goes against the science of it all lol..

Any opinions?

go for it!! ain't no shame doing this you will benefit from training same muscle everyday, but your going to bulk your muscle to your weight your on, it takes 10 pounds increase of body weight to add 1'' of mass, unless you are cutting then you loose some mass to lean Muscle that will look bigger when define at below bdf at around 7 percent anatomy you will devide all muscle making you look bigger at the same time ripped,

Training arms every day is unorthodox but can work to break plateaus and help lagging body parts to catch up, this especially to make better your symmetry.

I do two day hard flat out then a lighter high rep day. ON the 4 th da I mix up my failure with heavy and light with again high reps. Maybe a day off , you will feel that out and then back again. But the filler between heavy low rep day MMUST be the high , very hig rep days and low quantity of sets . You're kinda just staying hard and pumped every day.

I am here to tell you it can work and your body will / should speak to you. Remember you will need the rest day or even two. AND you can only do this temporarily. Growth spurts !! :)

This is so true, and most people don't have a clue...

10lbs, even 12-15lbs is the minimum weight gain (lean muscle mass) needed to add 1" to your arm size

This ^^^^

So if you're going to train more, you will need to eat more... simple science

True this and listen ^^^YOU can research this because so many do not know and or believe.

Guys are generally mistaking water weight gain and LMM. Any true competitor can tell you because they know by year to year cutting for shows and getting down to their BF% and weight in stats.
Depending on some variables supporting ^^ above 10 - 15 lbs a guy can only gain 15-20lbs of Lean Muscle Mass (LMM) in one (1) year. during a 12 week cycle the average weight gain of LMM is 4-6 pound that is why so many think they have lost all the gains in excess on 10-20 lbs on cycle that's water even if not bloated.

So when you go by the guide of cycle time and appropriate off time a guy does not more then 2-3 cycles a year, ergo 3 times 4-5-6 pounds a year that comes out to 15-18 pounds. And going by China Wall then you might gain the one (1) inch on biceps. Remember the gains are distributed all over the body.

One more example of competitors look at the pro's they may gain just a few pound Olympia to Olympia show. Now as I said the variables are age. THe age of mature muscle and years training and the young man can gain up to maybe a little more or the top of the scale. As you age and are a true hard core competitor it becomes sort of diminishing returns as per weigh. BUT the hardness sharpness
and definition continues as seem by the pro's year to year.

Sorry guys , I am so fvcking long winded.......... OMM

Every once in a while, I will do a couple sets of each after every workout for a couple weeks, but they aren't really heavy "working" sets. I'm just sending some blood in there to get a nice pump. I've found that to be effective over the years vs. "training" arms every day.

Prospect please read post #7 again. You sending blood and fluids to the muscle is really technically just giving you a pump. A pump though feeling good does nothing for maintain mass. Please consider while it is good to get the proper nutrients in the muscle for growth it only is fuel / food. It really dose not help to build LMM

With respect to you we are all different :)

You know, I've never seen anyone add 100lbs to their squats and deadlifts over time without ending up with much larger arms.

Just sayin' . . .
