btw: like I am a foreign guy, I didnt understanding very well about the static rep. 30s holding in the last rep? One stretch for each body part? thanks

oph and btw if anyone is interested in training during a 7 day week thats what i do. it works too. we go three days per 7 day week. =0)

better let in-human handle this days per week thingy. its kind of confusing since her got 8 days in his week. i gotta talk to dante cause i think in-human had lost his sense of direction because of his diet. bro eat some carbs. you brain was struggling before you cut carbs, now just look at ya. tsk tsk tsk. what a mess.

Well see, what did I tell you about lifting heavy weights, they ruin your brain, don't you know that when you train with DC you have 8 days in a week, geez how many times do I need to explain it to you, please lift the iron don't chew on it.

I think I need to be a mod here, some banning needs to be done, ok real simple, you must work each muscle group TWO times in EIGHT days, its MWFM or TThSaT, real simple, every week you take two days off in a real.

Ok no more crap, carbs are low and I ain't in a good mood...

I have been training my ass off and dealing with clients, I would tell you how much I weigh but it might scare you, I feel like a damn girlscout, but I still got 7 plates per side for 4 Rack Deads, I know its your warm up but remember I am a girl...

How are the reverse bench presses performed for triceps? I assume that the grip is the reverse of a standard bench press but where do you bring the bar down to?

It seems like you woud work the front delt too much but DC swears by this exercise for tris.
