Anybody out there train like a Fucken beast and have a manual labor job that is very taxing on the body? This is where I think smart training comes in to play. I currently work at FedEx ground loading trailers and lemme tell you it's pretty intense. Loading trailer and carrying boxes for 6 to 7 hours Monday to Friday. Once I started working here I had to adjust my workout routine and take and extra day off and train smarter. Gotta do whtt you gotta do..feel me??

I roughneck 12hrs a day for 21 days straight... workout 5 days a week as well. FedEx... lawlz :gay:

Arnold drove a tank for 15hrs a day, wrestled fuel drums, and manual fuel pumps and then slept in trenches under the tanks until 6 a.m. when they were awakened to begin again.

Instead of waiting til 6 he got up at 5 and lifted homemade weights for an hour before starting the day.

If it's important you'll find a way. If not you'll find an excuse.
