i switched from regular deads to trap bar deads and i found since it takes that first two inches away which are my legs anyways it hits just my back ...does anyone agree or disagree...i mean they are a bit easier but i feel i am getting better development for my back.
well i assumed they do because the handles on the trap bar are a couple inches above where u would grip a straight bar if you were to do romanian deadlifts when i had them side by side with 45lbs plates on each. I mean maybe my perception was off and they are the same but they seemed easier. Let me know what you opinion is.
