hey guys i'm new here on this board, i'm currently on Z tren/test/eq this is my 8th week and when i started i was about 230 currently i'm 215 very solid. I'm eating 3lbs of meat a day plus morning, night and after workout shakes and the scale won't seem to move up. I can't help but to think that the tren is whats keeping the weight down. I'm not complaining I look bigger then ever at 215 but i'm want to get my weight back up!

Wow are you bulking or cutting. What are your stats. The last test tren cycle I ran I went from 218 to 246. Very interesting I may say.

from when you were 230 did you change anything else besides the steroids ?
calories / amount of cardio / amount of weight training / sleep / rest / fat burners or stimulants / quit drinking booze / etc.

well for the first few weeks my appetite went down tren always does that to me but it did come back when EQ built up, i've lost a lot of fat aswell. I don't take fat burners, but i've been doing igf1 post workout as far as sleep it hasn't been the best either i have a 5 month old baby who doesn't like to sleep every night. I hit the scale yesterday it was up a few lbs not sure if its just fluxuation, but I'm enrolled in a nutrition class at my university and we have a diet tracking program it said my calories were at 5500 yesterday rounded down on average probably 4500-5500 each day

your 8 weeks in so its to late to change much , try to maximize sleep and rest all the through pct at least , dont over do cardio and once pct starts train just as intense but drop a few reps and sets until a few weeks after pct stops. do NOT skip any meals if at all possible .
