Are ya tall? Just do a few sets of low bar squat evwry few days and pump some reps on leg curl/ext. Low bar atg squats will make your angus grow like crazy. If thereis anything a chick likes its a nice meaty angus.

Didn't you ask the same thing of Austinite while saying you wouldn't dispute his recommendations based on his physique? Now you do the same with 2 other members? They both have a point, 380g of protein is excessive unless he happens to enjoy eating that much protein and similar, if not the same results, could've been had with a lot less.
