U u dont need to add in t3, gh or anything u said, u can gain solid muscle from a consistent good diet plan
Fuck as far as test goes I like to run my test at my trt dose and just run my tren higher as in reality I could always up my tren dose if I wanted too, but why do it now when right now I am gaining off 100mg eod

This thread is funny as hell lol. Yeah 380g protein is pretty excessive but to each their own, don't be afraid to play around a bit with your macros. You might be able to save a few bucks and put a little less stress on the body while still achieving the same result. I'm 5'5 200lbs 10%ish and my sweet spot seems to be around 230g. I've gone as high as 300 before but it was a little hard on the gut. Regardless it looks like your coming along nicely for 2 weeks in, enjoy the ride!
 
What works for one person might not work for u, why knock sbout squeezing the muscle and lighten up the weight abit to get good contraction, seems like when I took that advice I am starting to put size on my stubborn arms

Matt, why would I lower the weight unnecessarily? Ever?

If squeezing the muscle is so important to growth or even strength then isometric muscle contractions would increase size and strength. In other words: let me go grow my biceps by squeezing them and flexing them. Or: watch my forearms get jacked bc I'm squeezing a fist. Do you see how pointless squeezing the muscle is?
 
I do isometric stuff as well as stretching to warm up. I am not discounting iso techniques are a positive thing though.

If I personally were to grow from it though, my left fore arm would be fkn huge from jerkin off as that's been a staple of my life since I LEARNED HOW...1975 Farrah Fawcet poster with the NIPPLE...

Alas, it is my smaller forearm. Over trained body part obviously, eh ?

My point exactly Teutonic...iso's aren't bad and I'm not saying they are, I do them to warm up as well. But you're not going to build a great physique or add a plate to your squats by doing them otherwise my right forearm would be huge (I prefer right hand in this scenario).
