Go with that bro! 75mg/ED of each sounds like a good idea as it will stabilize the half life of the short esters.. For ME, I would go 100mg/ED test prop and 50mg/ED Tren ace. Test prop causes minimal bloat and estrogenic sides, so you can run it higher without too much concern for gyno or bloat given you run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with the cycle. The tren is better kept lower because acetate specifically can easily antagonize prolactin related problems so if you're gyno sensitive like me, you dont want to tip the scale in the direction of high risk to develop gyno especially prolactin kind! Estrogenic gynecomastia is easily treated and effectively reduced. NOT SO with prolactin related gyno! Pretty much permanent

Thanks for the advice. I am going to give it one more week before upping the dose though. Just so I can exhaust the possibilities of diet.

Also i am on pramipexole so prolactin is not an issue.
 
I just brewed a fresh batch of tren with some powder my uncle dropped off. Upping the dose to 100mg EOD first and then slowly increasing to 150 EOD. Scaling prop to match.

Yesterday was uneventful. I took the day off and spent my time brewing. Got a shit-load of stuff lying about now. B-12 seems to have fixed my lethargy problems and have an appointment next Friday for more blood work to determine if RBC is up to acceptable levels. Liver values have elevated slightly but, are still well within range. Will hit some cardio later today. All in all feel pretty decent no bloat at all and the inclusion of digestive enzyme's is helping to reduce stomach bloat from food intake.

3 sets 60/20+, 70/20, 80/15

Cable pullovers
3 sets 90/20+, 110/20, 130/15

Seated rows
3 sets 110/20+, 140/19, 170/12+3 cheats

Reverse grip narrow pulldowns
3 sets 90/30+, 90/13, 110/8

At this point my forearms were failing so I called it quits. Seems like I am running out of gas during the workout as well. I need to work on my pre-workout meal.

My shoulder pain is just sporadic now and usually only in the morning. My new batch of tren is a lot darker then my first batch and I am assuming this may be due to an oxidative effects. Point being it makes me more sore then the old batch but, has not hindered my workouts yet.

Legs today. I am still avoiding free weight squats due to the shoulder. It seems like it is at about 95% on par with the left and I don't want to mess that up. So I use the smith machine. I know that is not ideal but, it allows me to not have to use my hands.

I have been contemplating using some kind of mid-workout carbohydrate formula to keep energy levels up but, I would rather tweak my pre-workout meal.

Any suggestions?
 
bro what is your cycle history and what injury did you sustain?

First Cycle
Test Prop 350mg week - horrible gyno issues nolva helped but had to stay on for entire cycle at 40mg's

Second
Deca 200mg - a lot of bloat, horny as hell and no prog. gyno

Thrid
Deca 400mg - same as 200mg with more strength gains
Albuterol 32mg's a day at peak no BP issues some tachycardia

Fourth
Eq - 400mg good solid gains

Fifth
Dbol 10mg/Eq 600mg - gyno issues discontinued dbol gyno stopped
Straight dbol 10mg - just to see if this was gyno culprit, it was

Sixth
Sust - gyno, used letro

I am well aware all of these cycles were pretty retarded, but I did not have ology back then.

Injury to RC tore Supra and all three minor teres a while ago then re-injured it about 7-8 months ago. Did full rehab. ROM, Xrays, etc all look good but I have nerve damage that induces pain.

Presses 3 sets 225/23, 315/17, 405/18
Calf raises on leg press 3 sets 405/50
Seated leg curl 3 sets 110/12
Leg Extensions 3 Sets 200/20,18,15

Had to take a breather breather cause I was rushing through that part.

Squats Narrow 2 sets 2 plates per side on smith 20 reps

Squats Sumo 2 sets 2 plates and a quarter on smith 20 reps.

I attempted stiff legged but it was bothering my shoulder so said F it.

I can't really see much difference yet. Strength is good pain reduction is good, but damnit where's the size?

Lol! No worries i know you don't hate unless it is called for. I can see where you would draw those conclusion from.

Let me explain. As I said I have been out for some time with an RC Injury just getting back into the swing of things. I was a self pitying little bitch when I reinjured the RC and my diet during that time was way out of whack. Then I dusted out the vag and lost 22lbs natural. So if you think my bodyfat is high now you should have seen it 3 months ago. As for my diet for this cycle it is posted on page 1. Hope that solves the mystery for you.

Thanks Snigg! I am working at it so I hope to see decent results. I need to go get my BF% taken this month in hydrostatic chamber. I think i may have been losing bodyfat and gaining some muscle cause the scale is sitting at 175 but I am seeing a little more definition.
 
If its a composition shift that would definitely explain no weight gain, I actually lose 5-10lbs as soon when I start some test. Then inclusion of an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and I get real dry and hard before ever getting the swell of size.. That comes about the 3rd bottle of enanthate, (wks10-15)then its hulk pumps 24/7! You gotta eat what your body wants you to feed it tho, not just what everyone agrees the best diet plan is when on juice. As long as your vitamins/protein are there and fat and carbs are relatively LOW you should be growing lean. I say ideally one can only gain 5-10lbs of lean dry pure muscle fiber in a balanced cycle which IS optimistic considering thats all you can gain with perfect diet and cardio in check naturally in ONE YEAR
 
Chest today. The strength just keeps getting better I am going up 10 lbs on every free weight every week.

Flat DB Bench 3 sets 70/15, 80/12, 90,7+2 spot cheats from bottom to middle.

Incline DB Bench 3 sets 70/12,10,8

Dips 3 Sets 20 reps

Superset High, Mid, Low Cables 3 sets 40/15

After that cable superset I was cooked. So no BB today. Actually thinking of sticking to this workout for a while the pumps where incredible and the pace was fast.

Seeing as how my chest is my weakest body part I was pretty happy. Overall I feel pretty good. Still no tren side effects. Never had deca side's either though so maybe I just tolerate 19-Nor's well. That or it is the prami.
 
Yesterday was craze fest. Still have not slept yet and due in to work in an hour and forty. Hit shoulders yesterday. I was schheduled for b-12 yesterday but missed it. Workout was okay. Honestly was so run down did not even want to go to the gym which is unusual for me. Getting a blood test later today so we will see how the increased doses are affecting me. Probably starting TNE later today. Changing dosing to:
75mg tren ED
50mg Prop ED
50mg TNE ED

Will just load one syringe up and alternate 7 sites. Figured might as well dose tren/prop ED as well since I am injecting ED anyways. Will just inject 1 hour prior to gym.
 
Started TNE today. Not feeling much different. Still have 70grams of test base powder so hopefully it works out. My cardio is sucking ass. Just about given up on it. Will try to push through tomorrow and actually finish a session.
 
Definitely going through some body re-composition. Have not got the official verdict yet but I have an appointment on Wednesday to check my BF and FFM levels. Just with the naked eye I can see some change though and I feel tighter all around. Got back today might post again after workout.
