Tren/Prop

Thanks guys. Since I discontinued tren dosing my gains seem much better and my BF% is dropping fairly quick. Special thanks to Italiano SPO who helped me figure out my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dosage when I first joined ology. Now able to freely utilize test with no aromatase issues.

My weight is actually down to 162 as of today with a decrease of 2 inches on the waist. All other measurements are the same. Getting pretty wide looking. Now have top 4 abs in.

TNE is officially my favorite exogenous anabolic compound. No water weight as of yet. If anything I think I am losing some water. I am going to bump up the calories some more and start taking in some empty cal's.
 
Doing doubles this week because of my gym being closed Thursday and my travel obligations on Friday (girlfriends house to meet the folks). Yesterday I hit chest came home ate slept then went back for legs. Today i just finished hitting back. Gonna eat, sleep then head back for shoulders.

All my weights are going up fairly nicely. The joint pain in my knuckles has made me resort to straps which I am not ecstatic about. The decrease in bodyweight makes pulldowns fun. Took a ride up after my last set.

Sticking with the same movements but decreased the rep range. My main focus at the moment is I want to get the 100lb dumbells for 10 on the flat bench. Still the fact I am benching 200 for 4 at 162 makes me pretty happy.

The only thing that seems to be lacking is my forearm and calf development. Any suggestions? Currently do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls and superset calves with leg press. Pinga had a post about how he got his calves to grow but, I can't seem to find it. Stop posting so much you puta!
 
Just finished my second day of doubles. I was worried that the lack of TNE for the second workouts would result in decreased strength but, my lifts all went up even on a doubles day. I think the TNE may be lasting fairly long thanks to my pre-emptive letro dosing.

I take my letro 1-2 hours before my TNE shot to decrease aromatase prior to injection. I think this is keeping the TNE from converting and thus lasting in the body for 12 hours like endogenous test. I am also using finasteride which reservoir's which is probably halting the DHT conversion. Food for thought for anyone who wants to maximize TNE dosing.

Shoulders was actually great today. Normally the nerve damage in my shoulders makes the pain excruciating. Was doing overheads though and slipped into some kind of zone. Felt like I was completely detached from my body. No pain at all. The weight felt like nothing and I went up 10 lbs over usual lifts. I could have gone more. Even post workout I feel fine. Guess we will know tomorrow.
 
Hey HUM- Been following for a while great progress thus far. You mentioned in your last post about some help getting your calves to grow.

This is what I do and it DOES work. Split your leg routine into 2 seperate days. I do quads/hams one day and calves a different day. Remember, they are a larger muscle group so some extra sets will be needed. I do about 20-30 sets just for calves. And remember to go as heavy as you can while doing your routine. Most people forget about adding weight each week like they do with other body parts (this is a must). Also, try hitting calves at multiple angles with different machines and free weights.

Just give them some little extra attention and you'll notice a difference for sure!!!!!

Been trying this out on chest and ab days. My weight is hovering though so I think I may be calorie deficient. Been trying to clean bulk but might have to get diet sloppy to break this plateau.
 
Took the last week off due to a shoulder flare up. Going to try an Italiano cruise when my cycle ends. Today will be the first day back. Tried getting sloppy with the diet but, I keep throwing up. Finally Steph just started pureeing the shit out of it and I gulp it down like a protein shake. Still nauseous but, at least it is staying down.

Had a gusher this morning after inject. Steph freaked out which made me start laughing my ass off. She is insisting on doing my shots from now on. LOL. Wait till she gets sprayed in the face tomorrow after inject (quad). That will be the true test whether or not she is a keeper.
 
You look a ton better man. I am impressed. I didn't know that prop and tren made all the hair fall off your stomach and chest. (Totally kidding)
