Triceps Visible from Front View

I'm a 30 years in the gym guy, but recently decided I would like to train to get that tricep look that are visible from front on view. Hopefully this makes sense to readers. My arms are around 20 inch but want that more shapely look. I know some things are obviously genetic, but I'm wondering about this look I'm after. Anyone know? Thanks.
