He must have hit the wrong spot.........as it does not matter what you inject there.

Same here. As long as you get the right spot you can shoot anything. I've done 3cc's of prop, Winstrol (winny), tren, enan....um....and EQ there and the only time I had pain was when I first started and hit the spot wrong. VG's rule!!

I just did my first Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) shot the other day, used the glute... Funny thing, I nearly pass out when I see needles, but I seemed to suck it up and just did it. It wasn't really a big deal.

I have now done 2 injections in the top of my glutes. The needle is like 2 inches long I swear. But for some reason it does not hurt at all!

I actually asked a doctor friend and she said the glutes are the best for any injections due to its mass and its the least likely place to hit a blood vessel or vein ... but yeah the shitting bit is that you need someone to help do it!

I still can't see how to self-palpate the site for the ventro-glute injection. All the how-to sites show someone else's hand palpating the site.

Glute shots are easy if you do it standing in front of a full length mirror.

you know you hit a nerve when you insert the needle and you quad starts --convulsing for lack of a better word. it doesnt hurt, just wierd.

21-22 gauge 1.0 to 1.5 needle size it doesnt matter location so much as moving around to avoid scar buildup

Location is VERY important, if you inject at the wrong place in your
glute,
you could hit the nervus ichiadicus, if you hit that nerve
you can be paralised for life, so location is very important,
is even life treatening.
Injecting at the wrong locatian can also give abces and other
nasty shit...
