Football squats is a prime example, and these guys wonder why they feel and look like they are 90 years old by the time they are 25. Their form is horrible and they usually stop working out due to injury. That does not mean it is not impossible for a teenager to be incredibly strong, I have not witnessed any teenagers deadlifting 600lbs, but I am sure that there is some genetic freak out there.

I hope hes still lifting? not to mention hes prolly got a great mentor as well!!! lolDADAWG said:my son deadlifted well into the 500s at 14-15 years old so its definately possible if your a genetically gifted individual to put up heavy #S at a young age . it could be as simple as that individual just matured faster and is closer to being a man at that age than the average teen .
as for those huge squats 99% of those big #S are what i would consider a 1/4 squat or lockout . ive heard over and over about teenage squatting machines putting up huge #S only to watch them squat myself and see they are at least a FOOT above parallel . my son squatted ass to the floor in the low to mid 4S at 14-15 years old and could have easily squated freaky tonnage if i had let him squat high .
remember firends dont let friends drink and drive or squat high .
before you ask how much he lifts now he quit powerlifting for football and girls so when he gets all that shit out of his system and gets his ass back to the gym i will let you know how hes doing .
