I saw this earlier. A few observations:

- I guess Flint, MI, Detroit, and Camden, NJ are no longer considered part of the US.

- There's a common variable to each location. You may think I'm referring to race -- I'm not. I'm referring to restrictive gun laws. The cities named all have some of the most strict and repressive gun laws in the US and those laws have done nothing to slow the progression of crime. They have, instead, created victim zones where the law abiding citizen can nearly be guaranteed to be unarmed.

- Progressive politics and political policies have destroyed the inner city family unit. The resulting break down of order and civility is predictable.

I agree with you Epic.. Restricted gun laws definitely victimize citizens, I'm against violence, but Pinga and I strongly believe in the right to bear arms, even I have a gun.
I do think law-abiding citizens have the right to bear arms. Outlawing guns altogether is only going to disarm a lot of potential victims.
Perhaps instead of all these restricted gun laws, there should be a law that requires those who choose to own a gun to take training safety classes. This would avoid accidents due to lack of knowledge.
