UG long acting HGH

Well I'm sure some of you are familiar with a particular lab's version of the the Nutropin Depot. Just wanted to see if their is anyone on it that could report some feedback even though is fairly new!

No SC, supposedly they have the ability to convert/make it from scratch! They recommend injecting it every 2 weeks though! If I'm not mistaken Ulter, Fonz, and a few other people are on it!

Uh, i am not sure who told you that, but i am 99% sure Stonecold is correct. I will check though.

Knowing a great deal about molecular biology and biochemistry as it pertains to overexpression and purification for something like hGH (I'm a grad student in biochemistry), as well as the stability of hGH at room temperature for long periods of time during shipping (or improper storage!), I can unequivocally say that no underground labs in Canada or anywhere else would be able to produce hGH of any suitable quality.

You need to clone in the gene, overexpress the protein, purify the expressed protein in a non-denaturing fashion, dialyze away salts and buffers, assay for protein content, aliquot it into ampoules and lyophylize (freeze-dry) it, aliquot separate ampoules of suitable sample buffer for resuspension, seal everything and all the while maintain sterility and high throughput.

That makes sense to me.

I don't know why they would want to relabel nutropin depot, unless it was some sort of patent issue (e.g. getting the raw material out the back door or something), because it seems to me that they could charge more for the brand name.

All of the feedback I have seen on the UG product has been positive.

I do not believe that any underground laboratory has created something that has taken a pharmaceutical giant many years and millions of dollars to produce that fast. Gh is not just something that you can add something to in order to make it timed released. I am with Fonz on this one. And not to rain on anyones parade but long acting GH is not a good idea for body builders anyway. GH levels fluctuate in your system every minute therefore it is difficult to supress your bodys own production. When you start taking a long lasting GH you will suppress your own production and have a rebound effect. It is ideal for children that are actually defficient in Gh, but bad idea for body builders.

Well I know this particular lab had problems at first with their AS line but resolved it and is getting good feedback now. As I mentioned before a few guys are on it and are having good results. Not sure if they are on anything else but if they do have have the ability to make it/covert it into a long acting GH then it would definitely be awesome!

Supposedly it takes about $100,000 in equipment to manufacture GH, which would lead us to believe they are not making it or perhaps they are working somewhere and doing some "extra credit" perhaps, which would probably be stupid.
