Unmotivated on test

I've been on test E for one week.

today was chest day for me and I was feeling soooo... unmotivated.

I've never felt this way at the gym before.

I was 20 pounds weaker on flat bench today because of the un-motivation.

Is this a beginning effect of the test?
 
Could have been from all that holiday food. Give the test a few more weeks and you'll start to feel monster strong.
 
How is your sleep and you diet the last couple days. Those make a HUGE impact.
Also your pre workout meal.
 
I sleep close to 12hrs a day. usually 8 at once and naps throughout the day.

my diet, i try to stay healthy foods, but generally consists of me eating as much as possible all day long.

pre workout meal is a gainer shake 650cal 60g protein

I thinking of starting hcg. I heard it should help with mood on cycle? any thoughts?

What do you expect to get out of it from 1 week ? It takes a couple weeks to start feeling Enanthate...
 
It is not the Test E man. Its some other factor effecting your workout.

Test E usually doesnt kick in fully till around week 4.

You dont need Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) till around week 3, but some do start it at the beggining of the cycle. No reason to tho...starting Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) early will just shut your natual test production down faster.

okay cool. thanks for the info, i'll hold off on the hcg.

i'll try some no-xplode. for the energy. it seems to work well for other people in the gym.
 
somebody mentioned in a thread not long ago to eat someone fat before the gym-for energy-i gave it a shot-and it works.
