using hand sanitizer before injecting?

since i'm now backloading slin pin's to do test injections in delt i'm being more cautious about having my hands clean and i was wondering if after i wash my hands really well should i use a hand sanitizer? or are there chemicals in there so i shouldn't use it? also i'm wondering each time i wash my hands should i use a fresh towel after its been through the washing machine? since if i wash my hands real well and i already used this towel before to dry my hands and then use it again is there a chance that my hands might not be as clean anymore? so would hand sanitizer after drying hands help kill any bacteria or whatever?

Ok, I just got concerned since I saw one person say that backloading increases the chances of infection and another that said, "as soon as you remove the back part from the plunger, it's septic" though I did quite a bit of research on it so I already know there's lots of people that do the backloading and slin pin method and also I was being careful to not touch anywhere except the very back of it just that handle part. Though I thought I would just check to see if there's anything else I should be doing to try and sanitize as much as possible but, it looks like I don't need to go overboard.

Yes, it was news to me last week there's several threads on the forum if you search here or google for something like, "injecting with slin pin" or injecting test with slin pin. i just did it for the first time today, since i kept bleeding too much recently from glute injection and couldn't figure out the reason wasn't doing anything differently than before so today did a delt injection, went great i'm not even sore everybody says the first time you do it you'll be sore because of "virgin muscle" but, I kinda felt very minor soreness for a few minutes after but, I wouldn't even call it soreness not even close to the soreness i felt the first day I did a glute injection.
