Hello,everybody i need your help i am 20 years old i have just started working out 6 months ago.. i work out 5 days a week...i am a vegetarian so with my diet i am taking prolabs n-large and prolabs creatine monohydrate...i am very skinny right now i am just 132.2 pound..and i dont have any knowledge about steroids . so ,kindly let me know which are the safest (without side effects)and mildest steroids to start with .i will be thankful if i get some good advice from the experienced members . much love and respect ....peace \/
 
dude steroids or not without eating ALL KINDS of dead carcass you'll NEVER get as big as someone like me, no matter what compounds or what doses you use.

low to no protein = low to no muscle mass

p.s.
plant protein and soy protein sucks and is for chicks and will even raise hormones like estrogen(specifically soy increases estradiol)

good luck man, juice ain't gonna help ya though.
 
Do your research and stop looking for the quick fixes
I am not looking for quick fixes i just wanna gain some knowledge from already experienced people ,in my little research i have found out that anavar & Winstrol oral(Stanozolol) are the safest ..but i dont know anyone who has taken them in real i have read it on internet and i wanna know are they safe to start with because i am on a vegetarian diet. and i am taking weight gainer and creatine.so i want some one to let me know from where should i start.
 
The reason you weigh nothing is because you are a vegetarian, and you will always weigh nothing if you limit your diet like that. Doing a cycle while on a vegetarian diet is plain stupidity.

The only suggestion is to return to eating meat/whey products get a good training/diet foundation down while eating meat and then in a year's time of hardcore training look to begin a cycle.

Winstrol is a contest prep steroid and Anavar only cycle is for Women (Oral only is wrong to begin with anyway). Also orals are not safe they are liver toxic, only meant to jump start cycles for beginners. Injection with a quick ester is the way to go.

Thanks a lot buddy for enlightening me ..so there is no way i can get big on a vegetarian diet ?? and what about the supplements i am taking right now are they good enough ( Prolabs - nlarge & creatine monohydrate )
 
so my training right now is of no use ?? and the supplements are of no use ?? nlarge helped me gain 3 kgs (with banana shake) in 17 days ..is there any other supplement you would recommend me ..because according to the replies it is not good to take steroids with vegetarian diet ????

No, carry on with your training if you enjoy it, and try to get as much protein as you can from beans and synthetic sources and see what you can achieve.

But forget steroids mate, seriously no good for you.

I am 6'5" and 258lbs @ 10%bf.
No I am not some awkwardly huge guy.
But I am pretty fucking big.
I dont eat fish, chicken, beef, pork, or anything that moves.

I do eat eggs, and drink milk though, I am not a vegan.
There isnt very many of us, dont listen to people who tell you, you need to eat meat.
Yes it would help us greatly, but it doesnt mean you cant grow. Frankly, they aren't vegetarian body builders so they dont know.

On that note, you dont need steroids, you need to get your diet lined up.
There is tons of food sources to help you get to enough protein intake with out meat.
I drink 2 protein shakes a day, that contain 25gr each. I am still able to average 250-300gr per day on a 3200 calorie diet.

Just stick around and read.
 
how about eggs? milk is complete horseshit basically sugar water. i dont think its possible wo eggs ur will need soy, casen, whey, nuts, brown rice protiens

Do proper research and keep working out for a while before considering steroids. You'll need to get your diet lined up that is most important. It is not impossible to get big as a vegetarian but it will be a lot harder.

thanks a ton buddy so i have decided i am not gonna take any steroid for atleast 1 yr and i will work out with full dedication..and i will line up my diet and make good diet chart ..i am gonna research on the internet . one last question what are best supplement stack for me ..currently i am taking nlarge and creatine from prolabs ???

130 plus pounds to poor even for a vegetarian. Get yourself a 1/2 pound double bacon cheeseburger, and learn that we are carnivores.

Tofu is supposed to be good.

good luck with being a vegetarian bodybuilder. with the amount of protein shakes you will be needing, you will have diarrhea everyday lol
 
If you are cool with dairy products, you should be able to do okay. Get ready to eat at least a dozen eggs a day!! and drink LOTS of milk.

seafood if you can, would be best. yes you don't need meat to get protein but protein isn;t the only thing meats offer. creatine and other things in meat help very much with size and strength that you dont get from tofu or protein shakes


I don't think it would be possible for me to gain size as a vegetarian. I eat about 4800 calories a day on average. I have much trouble staying above 200 pounds without the help of aas. at 9% BF, I just can't seem to put weight on easy. not only that by I have a really really fast metabolism
