Just finished week 2 of cycle.

Test 400; doing 1/2 cc Monday and cThursday.

Work out everything once a week. Rest Saturday and
Sunday.

Want to get biceps big as quickly as possible.

I know rest is very important for muscle growth. Wouldn't be asking if wasnt on cycle. should I do biceps Mondays and Fridays? Or Monday, Wednesday, and Friday?

Did biceps Monday; did chest yesterday. Today biceps are not sore, but tris are a little sore from bench yesterday.

I rarely do biceps.. u gotta have a barn door back to get jacked bi's. Your not gonna get them over night either.

u can train smaller muscles 2x per week like bi's,tri's, and calves. make sure its not just bi's your training 2x though you gotta remember your tri's make up 2/3 of your upper arm. make sure you keep them balanced otherwise it would look silly

There is no need to train biceps twice per week. Once is plenty, especially if you don't train them with back. The last thing you need is a torn bicep. When it comes to gaining mass, less is best. You grow when you rest.

I do chest bicep, and back tricep. But on days I'm doing chest with bicep or back with tricep. Ill only do 2 exercises for bicep and tricep. Just to say they are stimulated. But then on friday I do an arm day bicep and tricep. Where my focus is on arms and I do more exercises. So 1 day its just 2 exercises for stimulation. Then on the arm day is when I go heavy and really go at it.

I never thought about that it could be synthol I dont know but this guys videos always get me pumped lol

i wouldnt train biceps if they hurt , i only do them once a week , make sure u train back , that is like your second bicep workout right there , sometimes i feel them more when i train back the actual biceps

Looks like a bunch of synthol to me... He puts the time in the gym, but his arms just look weird to me.
That's the first thing I thought of too. I didn't want to say anything since I'm a noob and didn't know how that shit goes... Well considering the young noobs might try it and think their going to be huge...

Here's what I have learned over the years. It's ok to work on specific body parts but to get one body part "as big and quickly as possible" won't happen if you don't work the complimenting body part. Someone who just trains biceps day in and day out may develope great arms. However if you work the tricep as well you will have, first better bigger arms, but they shape way better. Everyone has lacking body parts, and you may want to train an extra day, but make sure you're not forgetting the big picture. You needto give your body the entire oppertunity to grow and not focus on one body part.

This post reminded of the kids that do biceps curls infront of the db rack day in and day out and wonder why they don't grow.

I dont think he has synthol arms imo. His arms looked too ripped and synthol typically just makes them round and soft looking.

I was told to do everything twice a week, yes you need rest but your muscles recuperate so fast on juice that you wont over work them.
