Virgin to anabolic scene... Any advice?

Alright so I am 22, 6'4" 189lbs lean and mean but with my profession the bigger you are and more intimidating you are is key! I recently purchased my first cycle through a good friend of mine that has been doing anabolic's for some time now. My first cycle consists of: Test E 250 inj. 2x week for 10 weeks, with a kick starter of D-B0l. Also Bottle of Arimadex in case of gyno, and Clomid. Just wanted to know how this is sounding and if there are any suggestions or comments.

Additional Info:
I work out 5 days a week usually running any were from 3-6 miles each morning and doing alot of hardcore circuit training with my Captain, just want to be able to look good, and blow his ass out of the water during out work outs. Thanks guy!

Captain..you an offshore type ?
I d go test only for 12-14 weeks.you ll explode if you eat enough and maybe cut down on the running..
You got the right goods..I m of the opinion your to young..but your a man so..
 
Agreed. 189 lbs at 6'4" is scrawny. Cut done on the cardio and circuit training and lift some iron if you want to be more intimidating. Don't need ass at ur age yet

I guess you could say I'm an off shore type, I have done a few tours. With the left overs of my test it should end right at 12 weeks. I can def cut down on the running. Thanks for the advice

The circuit is in the weight room so I am lifting iron just been doing this shit for 4 year in awesome physical condition, but with my metabolism I don't gain shit doesn't matter how much I eat.

Height and weight are up there BF%9-10
My goal is to get good gains on my chest biceps and forearms. Training experience?
 
Experience 4 years in the army pt in the morning consisting of a run, pushups sit ups pull ups that whole deal. Then in the evening circuit training in the gym, max lifts every 3 weeks. Extra work out on my free time in the gym on the weekends if there is time.

You need to cut WAY back on the cardio and circuit training. I don't think anybody could possibly gain anything training like that. Sure, they would get into phenomenal overall shape; but as far as building muscle is concerned, not really gonna happen.

So it comes down to goals, if you want to gain size you need to completely scrap that routine.
 
I think you'll be pleased with the results of this cycle, even if you don't end up looking like a pro BB. Besides, gaining too much muscle in too short of a time while on active duty would be conspicuous, and would hinder athletic performance.

my six years is coming up but I'm re-signing for another 8 then re sign again after that. I plan on making a career out of it so I have another 14 years

you're either overtraining or not eating enough. Or both.

Like was said, you may make some gains, but don't be looking for alot. Even though 1-2lbs of muscle is huge (even though retards on here think they gain 20lbs of it in a cycle), most won't be happen with an AAS cycle unless they see a significant increase in SIZE.
 
I LMAO everytime i see someone come on here and go " Im 8% BF and no matter how much i eat i cant gain weight" hahahaha
