Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) Muscle loss?

Hey fellas,

Its week 2 of my B5 Acne routine, first time trying this product. I am going to lower the dose to 3 g/day. FOr week one I was using 5 g/day and I experienced a minor break out but was told that should be expected.

One thing I did notice was that my muscles seem to be flatter and I' feel smaller. Haven't weighed myself but I'm wondering if B5 plays any role in burning fat or muscle atrophy?

Also I am taking biotin and zinc for my hair since some people report thinning on it, better to be safe than sorry.....

For those who have used it, did you experiece these kinda sides at all?
 
Never noticed, you could add in some B6 if it helped convince your brain that you aren't small :D
