GYM: Tri's: 20 sets & Light Shoulders: 10 sets.

Going to increase my protein intake starting today. Going from 300g to 450g; I have a plan that should make that pretty achievable.

The plan is very simple. I will be eating every two hours some type of meat product. I will snack on lunch meat throughout the day and for dinner and lunch have either chicken, steak, or pork.

I'll keep everyone posted how well I actually do.
 
Day 40 Tuesday

GYM: Cardio ONLY. Stairmaster 500 calories burned.

GYM: 3hrs Hard LEGS. 30 sets quads. 20 sets calves. 10 sets hams.
Pushed it hard today. High point did 500lbs squat 5x's (with spotter). Did new calve workout that is going to hurt for days.

Going to push upper body hard for the next couple of weeks. Only going to give chest and arms a day or so rest inbetween workouts. Need to really start building up arms and chest. Talked to a friend of mine at the gym thats huge in the upper body going to do his workouts and see what happens.

DAY 46 MONDAY

GYM: 2.5hrs Chest: 20 sets. Bi's 20 sets. HARD & HEAVY SETS! Had some great pumps at the gym today. I'm beginning to realize with upper body that I NEED a heavy day & then a PUMP day for each muscle. Had a spotter and threw up some 130lb dumbells.
 
Day 47 Tuesday

GYM: very very light back day. 5 sets. 30 minutes at gym. Felt very tired needed the extra rest.
 
Day 48 Wednesday

150 Sustanon (sust) (right shoulder) keep trying to pin left shoulder but having problems (two weeks in a row now).

GYM: shoulders 15 sets. Tris 20 sets. Getting some tendinitis back in my right elbow again. Going to try and heal it as much as possible. Possibly taking a couple of days off. Focus on Diet and Cardio and Legs.

Adding some more carbs to my diet..primarily rice.
 
Damn brother, you spend so much time in the gym...I can't wait to see some picture towards the end if possible. I couldn't put that much time into the gym daily even if I WANTED to. What kind of time are you taking inbetween your sets? Are you doing cardio as well? I see some of your gym times are 2.5/3 hours. Insane.
 
DAY 50-55 Tuesday the 6th

Sick today going to take it easy.

GYM: a.m. Cardio. 30 min. stairmaster.

PM.: CHEST 15 sets (inclined high point 405lbs 5x's). Bi's-15 sets (had some really good pumps in my arms today).

Diet spot on.

Still maintaining around 185lbs. Found a good balance with cardio and diet. Probably will get to around 190lbs in the next couple of weeks. Will decrease cardio and increase carbs just a little more.

Very Powerful right now. Upper chest is coming in nicely. Noticing some fiber twitches when flexing chest now that werent their before. Also, calves are coming in nicely with new routine.

Thanks brotha. As for as taking time between sets it really just depends on what I'm doing. Legs, I usually take between 20-30 seconds rest in between sets. The rest of body I will take just a little longer around 30-50 seconds between sets depending on pump.

I will post some new pictures in a week or so to get feedback.
