Wanna See Gains (Part III)

OT is really giving me shortness of breath at this point.

man that suks - i am in the same spot with pinning Tren . My BP is up and i get winded climbing stairs - it's a HUGE difference over a year ago - i feel like an old man! I'm off now - one week only - we'll see how fast it clears up.

U doing any cardio?

GYM: Chest 20 sets. Bi's 15 sets.

Not feeling the best since adding the OT. Adding some water weight for sure. Get night sweats all over again; always being hot. Libido is about NONE. Will continue until end of cycle. I expected these sides but will try to minimize by upping TEST.

I hear you bro. NO cardio at this point. Will add in after cycle is over in a few weeks. Not wanting to get over 190lbs at this point..if I start getting over 190lbs I will add some cardio and continue throughout PCT.

be easy on cardio during and right after post cycle therapy (pct) , thats not the time to cut weight because its easy to lose lean mass then.

Good point!!!! I was doing heavy cardio all the way until midpoint. Then cut it down week by week till now (3 weeks ago doing none).

I will wait until PCT is over then start very light cardio..maybe stair master; low; 10-15 minutes and correlate it will my diet at that time to see if I can find a break even point.

Weight: 188lbs

GYM: Calves: 15 sets. Triceps: 20 sets (low to medium weight trying to work on good form and pumps).

Right now during the days im feeling tired. Body is sore all over. I could probably use a week off all together but really want to wait until cycle is over. Retaining some extra water weight and fat right now. Abs not looking to good but will be ok once into post cycle therapy (pct). Having some trouble getting good sleep...keep waking up all through the night (which is common throuhout my entire cycle). Energy was low today even with pre-drink (need to up it from here on out to try and get some energy at the gym).

GYM: Back: 15-20 sets. Tri's: 5 sets to just get some extra pumps.

Felt like I had very little energy at the gym today. Not the best workout by any means.

GYM: Shoulders: 20 sets (mild) had some ok pumps not the greatest though. Tris: 15-20 sets (same shoulders).

*I was thinking the other day I have pinned houndreds of times and have never aspirated and drew blood..so never in a vein. Well, today I pinned my quad and low and behold I finally pinned in a vein and drew blood. Repinned in other quad.

GYM: Chest: 20 sets. Had some decent pumps in the beginning but at the end it faded out. However, I felt very powerful- I through up 130lb dumbells (incline) w/o any problem. I also put on some heavy weight with incline bench (275lbs) for about 10 reps.

Damn bro - that's some weight! I was pretty happy when i hit 100 but im not doing that anymore - just sticking around 85 or so and concentrating on the form. 275 is awesome too - i just tried that for the first time yesterday - got 4 lousy reps by myself, then 5 decent ones with a spotter.

Thanks lean! I'm just going heavy for the last few weeks of my cycle do to the Oral that making me gain some water weight. I figure more mass means my body can handle the extra weight. My problem right now is that I'm feeling a little lathargic (do to OT) and need to keep upping my pre drink to get some good energy..which makes me crash later.

To be honest Im so ready for post cycle therapy (pct) at this point. Im tired of pinning, tired of my mood, tired of not getting good sleep.

GYM: Bi's 20 sets. Tri's: 15 sets (but will do again tomorrow to finish them up).

Right now feeling lathargic (due to OT).
Not sleeping all that well.
Retaining some water weight (not drinking enough water I suppose).
Motivation is declining.
Diet is not KEy right now but not awful. Having problems with appetite but dont want to start the GHRP this close to PCT.

However, Im strong in all aspects. And seeing some good development.

**I think Im going to end the cycle shortly after day 95.

***I will post some good quality pictures very soon.

GYM: Bi's/Chest- I will let you know how it goes once I get back,
2.5hrs ; Chest: 20 heavy sets. 130lb Dumbells no spotter. 285lb incline bench no spotter. Bi's: not so heavy but got some really good pumps. Did 20 sets.



* I have a few more days left of gear. Cant wait to be finished. I feel like a fucking pin cushion!!!!!!!!

GYM: Legs: 25-30 sets. 2.5hrs Did heavy squats; 565lbs 4x's (up 10lbs from last week) could have did more but needed another spotter to be safe.
