second opinion and make sure she is tracking down when she is ovulating too. Can only fertilize the little egg when it's ready. She should know when or at least keep track of it. Also, from what I've heard, morning sex helps with it too, something to do with body temperatures..
But if your doc won't help, it's probably best to seek another doctor, just to see if your guys actually swim.

I doubt much. All they do is throw your juices in a uber stronger freezer. Sperm can be stored for 50 years without requiring more semen.

Even if you are infertile and have very low sperm production, they can do in vitro fertilization with selected sperm from your ejaculate. This will work and you will be able to have children, just costs a lot of money, and your women has to have painful hormone injections and egg extraction procedure. The other danger is of having multiples, cause they re-implant 3-5 embryos.

I still say go to the clinic for a semen analysis (have the wife come in with you if it's allowed) and get it done....
see where you are, so you can work from there.
50 mg clomid/3 times a week can usually fix sperm counts.
Only problem is...there are very few docs that know what they are doing.
Don't tell these docs you ever cycled...it all goes down on paper!!!

ANY testosterone that you take will shut down your own production...in order for your natural test levels to recover you cannot take any testosterone or AAS AT ALL. Aromasin is an aromatase inhibitor that also increases natural testosterone production...

here is what i would do:

Wk 1: 1500iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2x per week (mon, thurs), 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 2: 1500iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2x per week (mon, thurs), 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 3: 1000iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2x per week (mon, thurs), 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 4: 1000iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2x per week (mon, thurs), 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 5: 100mg of clomid per day, 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 6: 50mg of clomid per day, 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 7: 50mg of clomid per day, 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 8: 50mg of clomid per day, 25mg of Aromasin per day
Wk 9-10: 25mg of Aromasin per day

Remember during this time you cannot take any AAS whatsoever...no test, no gels, nothing... 2-3 weeks after you are finished this protocol get your sperm count checked.

Correct. For fertility, HMG is used as it does the opposite of hCG, where it mimics FSH. FSH alone is not good enough for sperm production, and testosterone alone is not good enough either. We have to have both testosterone and FSH to properly stimulate Sertoli cells into sperm production. The synergetic effect results in spermatogenesis.

I just froze mine a few days ago. $590 for 2 years, that includes semen analysis. Also , HMG is the way to go for fertility . You can freeze it for as long as you want, you just gotta pay for storage.
