I am 5'8 Male, 160lbs 8% body fat. Been lifting for 10 years and have done the following cycles over the years. I did dbol sust for my first cycle. Test e and deca for my 2nd. Tbol Test cyp and eq for my 3rd and a Winstrol (winny) only over the summer.

I gained the most weight and strength off test, deca, stack 28lbs but I gained a ton of water weight and wasnt happy with my appearance. I gained 15lbs off my test, Tbol, and EQ stack and looked great but I felt the eq didnt do much. I was running 400mg a week of EQ with 500 mg of Test Cyp. I had similar results with my dbol sust stack.

Anyways this winter I want to try to gain a quality 12-15lbs of muscle and stay cut. I was looking into Sustaplex325 and primoplex200. 400mg of primo and 325mg of sust per week. Let me know if you think this is a good choice for my goals or if I should try something else. I thought about throwing in so tbol in for a jump start but last time I took it at 40mg a day I had horrible nose bleeds.
I also considered a test e and tren e stack but I heard about some harsh side effects of tren that worry me.
I dont like pinning myself more than 2x a week so Id like to stay away from fast esters.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

if you want to use primo then the lowest dosage IMO is 600mg/week...Im a tren worshiper so I would prefer tren over primo but thats me

Thanks for replying cobra...I had thought about tren but heard some scary stories about tren cough, night sweats, fevers, etc had you had any of these experiences? If I decide to do the tren enath with test enath would doses would you recommend i take a week?

Ya Ive had night sweats...the cough only comes from acetate...I have never used acetate...I went straight to enanthate...most suggest going to acetate first as if the sides are to bad you can stop and the shit will be out of your system in a few days versuse a couple weeks....I handled it fine though...The night sweats are nothin...just put a couple towels down and sleep away....some get anxiety on tren...I have anxiety issues but never got it while on tren...everyone is different...

If you run a test tren cycle I would go 300mg test and 5-600mg tren every week for 12-14 weeks...along with hcg of course

you have run those cycles and gained all that weight and now your just up to 160 pounds , that doesnt make sense. there absolutely has to some serious problems with your diet bro , get your diet straightened out and then consider a cycle . otherwise its just a waste of time.

I work 50 hrs a week outside in the heat all summer and unfortunately I lose all my energy and focus in the summer and I am lucky to make it to the gym 2 days a week and when I do am weak as hell. All those cycles I mentioned are across a 6 year span I usually do a cycle each winter and go back to work at a solid 175-180 and sadly by the time the next summer is over I am back down to 150-160. I have a very lean ripped body type so luckily when I am light I look shredded up. But its that time of year again when my hours at work slow down and I can really dedicate myself back training and dieting. Can't wait to start packing on the pounds again!

You would be far better off, stopping all gear and learning how to eat and how to lift. You appear to be lacking the basics of both.

I have been lifting for over 10 years and know what I am doing. I have won multiple bench competitions in college benching 330lbs weighing only 155. I modeled throughout my college years also and been in multiple fitness magazines so don't give me that sh*t. I am at a point in my life now where I slack off in the summer and lose some weight that has nothing to do with me not being experienced. I am on this site to ask for experienced users opinions on cycles they have used not to have people who don't know jack about me run there mouth and talk sh8t!!!!

Is this thread a joke? Are you seriously going to sit here and tell us that you are a collegiate level lifter, have 3 cycles under your belt and you cant stay above 160 lbs? Bullshit, I stick to my initial advice. Learn how to eat. Dont go out and eat like shit, learn what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat. It should be painfully obvious since your previous "cycles" havent done shit for you.

Unlike most in this thread I can understand what a schedule does to a diet....not every job allows time for eating and in fact a lot of them will frown upon it. At 5'8" you could be a lot smaller then 160 and I can promise that more then half the guys on this site that preach diet to others need work on their own diet and that includes me. I am no diet expert nor have I went out looking for diet advice so alk I will say to address your diet issue is to try to get away with as much as you can in your schedule during your busy time of year....bottom line is you need more food and thats what will make you grow versus gear and shrinking back down. It seems to be monotonous to keep gaining and then losing everything. Very very few guys have this game dialed in so just try and do your best to get the calories you need bro

yes you can understand the issues with a shitty schedule but you are 70lbs heavier than this guy.

I like you Cobra, but he's making excuses. you don't. Suggesting he take any gear, much less THAT much gear is irresponsible. You eat like you're supposed to and that is why you are so much bigger than this guy. Even when you are ripped up you're way bigger than this cat.

This guy shouldn't be anywhere near steroids. He should invest his money in a Costco membership and start eating.

I'm 5'8" and weigh 185...and i do have a really tough schedule certain days as well. I got up to about 200 a few years ago before gear...but that was eating dirty and a lot.

but you should get your diet checked out as well...

also...that primoplex 200..i would research it a bit. the molecular weight of primo is heavy and painful to some at 100mg a cc. i'm assuming that 200mg in a cc could be pretty rough for a few days or a week after each injection

LOL well thanks bro. I'm not saying he should use gear but I'm also not saying he shouldn't...hes old enough to figure out what he needs to do to keep his gains....especially after this thread. As far as the amount of gear goes primo is so weak that it takes quite a bit to get anything out of it. I do think if he is gonna gain off gear and then shrink back down everytime then its just a waste of money and time...like having to keep putting oil in a leaking motor. Hardly anyone has their diet down to where it should be...I def don't eat right...with my schedule its eat whenever I get a chance, I also have to include weight gainers which I hate....I don't think guys need to come down on him as hard...he's not a kid anymore....I think its better we just point out what he is doing wrong....constructive critisism

I have to shadow the posts about diet in here. The gear wont work wonders if your diet isnt good or you don't stick to a good diet plan, thats not just a half yearly thing either its a full time thing, 12 months every year. First priority here has to be diet.

Good luck achieving your goals.
