Greetings!!!!

Fellow Oooology comrades, and welcome to the picture log of Maximus’s bulking cycle code named “operation Hulk Smaaaaaash!!!”

This thread is intended to keep a detailed online journal of my progress throughout my cycle and I plan to use constructive feedbacks from all the knowledgeable members as a tool which will help me reach the pinnacle of my performance. Any derogatory comments from ignorant jack-ass members shall not be tolerated and will be retaliated against with extreme prejudice!!!!! So please take your FLAME war somewhere else!!!

Below you will find a series of posts which will inform you with all of my current stats and future goals along with my current cycle’s tentative schedule and my diet and training regime.

Calories/day: 3000+
Protein/day: 225g
Carbs/day: 300g-500g
Fat/day: limited to <20% of total caloric intake
Meals/day: 6 times(1 cheat day/2weeks)

Injury Report
Boxers fracture on my right hands top knuckles of middle, ring, and pinky
(Sustained 2 years ago, it’s healed but still cumbersome at times)
Torn ligament under my right knee cap
(Sustained about a year and half ago OTJ accident, recouped but still hard to do heavy squats)

Projected Goal
Winter bulking cycle
Gain 20+lbs of quality muscle
Increase collagen synthesis to strengthen my injured knee to regain lost lower body strength and size.

DUDE Im stoked to watch this one, your motivation, and dedication is very apparent. Ill definitely be following. I like the attention to DETAIL. And I like the organization. I use similar method of organization at home, just dont ever really post it. so I got a little laugh when I say to spreadsheets and organizer. Haha like your style. Good luck dude. Go get it!

Don't take this wrong, your bf is more in 17-18% range

I have a Omaron body fat analyzer at home in which you enter your stats in and then you hold it up between both of your palms, It sends a small electric pulse through your body and based on the resistant values through your muscle and fat fiber, it calculates a value. I'm sure it is not completely accurate but its suppose to be the best device to measure body fat on the market. and it states I am a little over 12% and sometimes 13% depending on the time of day I measure. Or else I just payed high dollar for a piece of shit!!!!

Thank you for your input! I ll find a alternate way of chinking my BF% and compare its results.

First thing i can see is you need MANY more calories per day. Id increase to 4000/4500. You seem to have a high metabolism which will eat up your calories. Dont do any cardio. If not, you will just get the "cut" look wit

Wow, very organized. I am curious to know the outcomes of your previous cycles. You did a cycle of tren and sust, i would expect you to be massive after those but from your pics you are quite slim (no criticism, just being real). perhaps if you tell us about your previous cycles, we could see what you did wrong (diet/exercise) to help with solutions so this one is successful. :)
 
DIET:

Hear is a pic of my sample diet also made in XL spreadsheet . I have different version for each day of the week so I dont get tired of eating the same shit.

Hey dude, big issue with the diet, you are not eating enough. Get a mass gainer and switch the whey for it. you are not getting enough calories. The diet you are on is geared toward a pre competition cutting diet, not bulking. eat eat eat and you will gro bro. ;)

fat calipers. I agree you dont look like 12%, more like 15. but it does not matter. with your drive you will be successful, you just need some program tweaks...

Thanks bro . Ya my last cycle of Tren was pretty successful IMO I got close to 170lbs. But unfortunately I lost all my gain over the summer coz I was working 10hrs shifts on 105 degree Fh. TEXAS heat outside!! everyday !! FML !! So I constantly sweated and lost all my gain and back to 150lbs in 4 months .

I do completely agree with u on that one bro!! I need more food!!! But that has been my biggest challenge thus far . I'm a grad student and been busy as shit with my research projects at the UNI this semester but thought I would start with 3000 cal and did not want to make a quantum leap to 4000 cal only to set my self up for failure . But I will work harder to meet and exceed my diet goal ..... Thanks again !
 
Did my first Test/deca shot yesterday , was a little apprehensive after not pinning for four months but got over it quick! Left glute, went in smooooth!

Had a great work out last night. Blasted my shoulders and did 10min on the stair master.

Today is my rest day so no gym but stoked to hit it hard tomorrow. 20 hours after the shot, experiencing a lil pain at the injection site but not to worried , must be just virgin muscle syndrome from being off so long!! Feel good to be back :)
