Ok, so my workout today was one of those where you feel good going in and warming up, but when you start to get into it, the weight feels heavy and even though you're capable of overcoming that, you literally don't have the strength to move it like normal. Today was legs.. last week for my heaviest sets I did 365 for 3 sets of 6; fairly challenging, but not struggling enough to lose form. Today I got to 315 and it felt like 365, but I felt like I had no strength.. ended up doin it for 4x8.
So here are contributing factors..
Do you think it could have been a supplement switch or mostly just stress and lack of sleep?
FYI: Today preWO I took 7g AAKG, 3g CEE, 7 caps Amplify02, 1 scoop TEAMSKIP from TP.com, and 5g taurine.
I just felt like shit completely, ruined my night.
So here are contributing factors..
- This was the most stressful week of school in a long time
- I slept about 14 hours the night before last, but before that I slept 3 and last night was 7.
- I stopped taking cellmass a few days ago and started taking TP's CEE (6g), AAKG (7g), and taurine (15g) yesterday.
