As I was informed earlier last week my Diet was Crap...So I got with my trainer and figured everything out with her as far as macros and stuff goes.
As for my progress, I "felt" the var by day 4. It was leg day and I have never ever felt pumps like that in my quads and glutes before. My muscles literally felt like they were ripping through my skin...Pretty incredible. I was leg pressing 6 plates EA side for reps like nothing, usually i can do a few but not for reps. I'm holding quite a bit of water and hoping that will reside soon. My strength has increased quite a bit. I went up to 50 lb dumbbells for chest today on incline- a couple sets of 8-10. Max on that before was 40 lb for 3-4.
When I do cardio, my legs get really pumped and tight, feels good lol. no sides of any sort except strength increase and amazing pumps. Can't wait for the test to kick in!

I REALLY DONT WANT TO HEAR THAT I NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM THE test....please. I am on here for your advice and help and to share as well. I rather ask a million questions and have you help me instead of me really really screwing up.
Also, I'm on 12.5 mg of var ED and 25 mg of Test P twice a week
