Week 2 of test P and Var

As I was informed earlier last week my Diet was Crap...So I got with my trainer and figured everything out with her as far as macros and stuff goes.

As for my progress, I "felt" the var by day 4. It was leg day and I have never ever felt pumps like that in my quads and glutes before. My muscles literally felt like they were ripping through my skin...Pretty incredible. I was leg pressing 6 plates EA side for reps like nothing, usually i can do a few but not for reps. I'm holding quite a bit of water and hoping that will reside soon. My strength has increased quite a bit. I went up to 50 lb dumbbells for chest today on incline- a couple sets of 8-10. Max on that before was 40 lb for 3-4.

When I do cardio, my legs get really pumped and tight, feels good lol. no sides of any sort except strength increase and amazing pumps. Can't wait for the test to kick in!

I REALLY DONT WANT TO HEAR THAT I NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM THE test....please. I am on here for your advice and help and to share as well. I rather ask a million questions and have you help me instead of me really really screwing up.

Also, I'm on 12.5 mg of var ED and 25 mg of Test P twice a week

I will be interested to see how things go for you but I have a feeling the water gain will only increase as time goes on. Glad you got your diet worked out...good luck:)

I do mean this respectfully Marilyn but if you feel Anavar (var) in 4 days you either have the placebo thing going on or something other than Ana Anavar (var) .

HAHA, I'm not kiddin, I felt pumps like no other.....I've never had that feel in my muscles before..maybe it was just me:) but Let my brain "think" what it wants....as long as im training harder and "feel" whatever I'm feeling then it's ok. :jump:
 
You probably said before but what are your goals with this current cycle?
I looked at your pictures and they don't look like I expected. I thought you had a bulky muscly look..I must've misunderstood how you explained yourself. you look fine the way you are but obviously we want better/different for ourselves. The second picture looks a bit (?) pixely on one side..what's gone on there?
 
the abs are all about diet, get that spot on and you'll get them :)

I thought you had a bulky muscly look..I must've misunderstood how you explained yourself. you look fine the way you are but obviously we want better/different for ourselves. The second picture looks a bit (?) pixely on one side..what's gone on there?

Guess I should have someone taken my pic so i couldve flexed ;)....I'm pretty bulky in my shoulders, legs, n back....I'm using this cycle to bulk up but stay lean at the same time you know...so no need for the extra cushion.....I just took the pic with my phone so probably not the best. I'll have my trainer do a pic for me tonight.

If you are looking to bulk, the key here is going going to be your diet, u want to gain as little fat as possible while u gain mass.

u can do a clean bulk, but keep in mind u will gain some fat, so you really have to have your diet dialed in & tweak as u need it.

IMHO, your bf is not low enough to bulk, you could be "bulky" but that doesn't mean you carry a lot of muscle.

Not trying to bring u down or anything, just giving u my oppinion.

But I know we all have our goals & ways we like to see ourselves.
 
If you are looking to bulk, the key here is going going to be your diet, u want to gain as little fat as possible while u gain mass.

u can do a clean bulk, but keep in mind u will gain some fat, so you really have to have your diet dialed in & tweak as u need it.

IMHO, your bf is not low enough to bulk, you could be "bulky" but that doesn't mean you carry a lot of muscle.

Not trying to bring u down or anything, just giving u my oppinion.

But I know we all have our goals & ways we like to see ourselves.

Ladies do me a favor and just have faith k? lol.
I dont want to be SUPER ripped up, I really like my feminine curves with some abs showing. My body isnt soft except in my inner thighs (couple inches maybe and my tummy.. but even then I'm not far from my goals as where I stand now. Like you said we all want to look a certain way...
I like more of the sexy porn star curvy look with muscle;)

I was just trying to help, I understand there's no stopping someone that has their mind set, you are 21 & I believe you are too young to even be doing a cycle, specially doing test cycle, You really need to get your diet/training dialed in, the look you are looking for can be totally be achieved without the use of aas..
I'm not trying to preach here, just being honest.
But I know u don't want to hear this.

I have to agree with Zeek. Many newcomers have the Anavar (var) placebo thing. We all get excited to start out 1st cycles. I started my Anavar (var) cycle at 10mg 2split for 4 wks then jumped to 15mg 3split. I didn't get that incredible "pump" we look for until my 6th week.

Additionally, our bodies are individually unique. I will never look like anyone else no matter how much AAS/dieting I do. It all fundamentally starts with good genes. Some people are blessed with them and others are at war with them. Some people cut better than others even if they run the same cycle/diet. It is what it is...

You're a brave chick to run test. I wouldn't touch it. Good luck with the look you're wanting to achieve for yourself.
 
No , Mrs P I appreciate all the feed back I can get. I am running this cycle with a couple other ladies, theyre mid forties and the other is barely 31....The results they got is what I want. I know everyone responds differently....which is why I am trying it out myself. The sides is stuff I can live with, the deep voice of people I know isnt that bad, and I'm too confident to let something like that knock me down. The hair crap I already deal with since I have PCOS....so I cover that nicely and will be getting electrolysis in a couple months. I will be monitoring carefully and back off if any sides do occur that bother me.

I appreciate the preaching and all, I sincerely do.....then I can look back (if this all goes to bloody hell) and say F*** - I should have listened to those women....but if not then I'll come with my good news, or bad.My diet has always been good, I'm just cutting back on carbs, and no more drinking on the weekends or at all and adding in more cardio. Training has always been a part of me since my later Teens (which I know isnt too long ago but hey Im not that old lol)

If I understand you right the look you want is easily achieved without the use of aas or fat burners, even cardio doesn't have to be totally crazy if your diet is spot on, FOR YOUR body. For example my diet wouldn't work for your body, but I'm over 10years older than you and have a bit of muscle maturity from my years of training. I really want you to do this naturally at 21 you could really mess yourself up in the future. Imbalanced hormones can be real problematic for you in ways you can't imagine as you age. You won't always be 21 and the body functions differently in later years. You really need to make sure you know what you're willing to live with.

I think you confuse bulky with higher body fat. You just need a decent diet and then stick to it.

Mrs Detour5, you're acting as if I haven't dieted properly before, I have never gone crazy with my cardio. Never had to because my diet was SO in check. I was just bulking (naturally) over the winter. However I still want to grow so here I am. I have been consulting with a few other females and if I feel the shit is gonna hit the fan then I will quit! I PROMISE!!!

I am not by any means confused by bulky and higher body fat.... I did the strongman competition at my gym last August half naked where IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Grigori Atoyan(amongst other NPC Female competitors)was guiding me through the whole thing and did not critique my body like you lovely ladies are....I really think it's because I need better pics up. My legs swoops are amazing i have great booty ;) I just want to build my biceps and improve other things like most of us.......

I'm just going by information you have given in other posts, I don't know your background so obviously I'll base my opinions on what you have told us. You're lucky to have been able to diet and strip fat with PCOS because I know that is hard to do. Your hormones don't allow you to get lean easily with that condition, so if you are able to do that without having to do hours of cardio to get lean - good for you ;)

You've put your pics up for us to see. We say what we see. Powerlifting is not bodybuilding, you don't have to look super conditioned to lift heavy weights so she wouldn't say you need more of this or less of that to bench x amount of weight. I think you look fine as you are, but if you want to get leaner and more muscly we've told you what we think. If you have it all figured out already then we'll just follow your progress.

I'm the kind of person who says things how I see them, I'm too old for sugar coating.. I don't see the point in being part of a forum, posting pictures but not expect people to tell you the truth. You either want the truth or you don't. If you want compliments I gave you one already :)

Here's where I call bs. It's your choice whether to take the test or not. Your body, not mine. But you've already started threads in another section asking about Winstrol (winny) and Anavar (var). Even the entire male section of the forum that responded to your posts told you to run only one compound at a time.

Jenner gave you advice in that thread as well. You didn't listen to anyone. You say you're on here for advice so you don't really screw up, but you haven't listened to one thing that anyone has told you (and I'm talking about people that have been doing this for decades).

You're playing with fire if you don't know anything about post cycle therapy (pct) and you're injecting test (which you clearly stated in your thread asking about a cycle for your brother). Apparently test solves everything.

Honestly, I think you're just going to do what you want to do no matter what and there's nothing wrong with that. Just don't ask questions and post pics and ask for feedback and advice.

Just so you know, I think you have a cute body and lots of potential. I'm not anti aas by any means, but you could do so much natty first!

Totally agree Jenner. I do think prevention is better than cure though, but support is what she would get if she tells us how things are going and gives honest accounts of her experience. :)
 
So let me get this straight - you've been on this cycle for 2 weeks? And your feeling the Anavar (var) and not the Test P?

And are you taking anything as supplements? Since your starting your first cycle with more than one compound and knowing the dangers I'm hoping that your taking percautions at least. I would like to know what supplements you are taking to help your body with the AAS sides.

You can do what you want, it's your body - but since you want help then you have opened yourself up to receive the other ladies educated opinions. I can tell you my opinion on this matter, and that is you aren't ready for Test P - Anavar (var) would have been a great first cycle for you. Since you have decided to take the Test P anyway then you should at least make sure you're taking proper precautions so please let us know what you doing in regards to supplements so we can help you there. Also, it would be nice to know how you fixed your diet - maybe we can give you some pointers there so you can get better results.... Also I'm curious what your workouts look like.
 
You know, we have all been going back and forth on this and Marilyn is a grown woman that has made a decision and that's the end of it. As much as we might not agree with what she is doing, it is not our body and I for one don't do shit by the norm so I am not one to judge. I think now the best thing to do is be supportive because if something does happen, I want her to feel like she can come here and share good or bad.:)

Well, My brother is like me and is going to do it wether I tell him to or not. He opened up to me about it the other day and I told him myself since he got so big naturally, why doesnt he just get back up naturally (for at least a year and then he can decide wether he still wanted to do the cycle or not. But he said no, so I rather him know what the hell he's doing then not. He knows absolutely nothing so I have been emailing him forums and just trying to help him......So NO! I have not pushed this on my brother by any means....he doesn't even know I am on anything; however he does know the people i associate myself on a day to day basis do.
