So here we go..

Today I lower down to 2500 calories per 3J, from 3000.

My weight has stayed the same 241-243.. But my strength is through the roof and I feel fantastic..

How does it look like I am doing? Any suggestions?

My problem is I have such a low opinion of my body that I am not reallly seeing changes.

Do you guys actually see differences?
 
2500 is risky. I wouldn't go below that though. You will lose too much muscle mass. Sometimes its better to increase cardio rather than adjusting diet
 
Looking good man. It definately looks like you're progressing. The main parts I'd try to bring up for you would be arms and shoulders. Those are the easiest to overtrain, so be aware of that. Good luck.

I do 40 minutes in the morning Mon- Friday then some cardio after I lift in the evening.

I also walk my dog a few times a week.
 
Look better then some people that have been running for far too long.. not mentioning any names.

not everybody can look as good as me, but hey... what can you do?? nah man... great progress bro. adjust you workout schedule to your recomp goals!
 
if you want to get strong, lift to build strength... if you want bodybuilding, lift to increase lean muscle mass.
