Week 7 Progress Report (Test E 500mg/wk cycle)

Whattup folks! 27 year old male here, 6'2, Started my cycle at 196 lbs, here's the progress!

Week 1 Stats 196 lbs
Chest 42" Unflexed

Left arm 15.5 Flexed

Right arm 15.25 Flexed

Waist 36.5 Belly BUtton 35.5

Quads standing flexed L 23.25 R 23.5

Calves Sitting not flexed L 15.25 R 15.5


Week 7 Stats 212 lbs
Left Arm 16.1 Right Arm one notch under 16 (about a half inch increase on each)
Chest 44-44.5 unflexed (2 inch increase)
Waist/Belly Button 37 (1-1.5 inch Increase)
Quads - no significant difference (This makes me sad.. I've had disc fusion back surgery so no squats/deadlifts, I go hard on Leg press, leg ext, leg curls, etc..)
Calves L 15.5 R 16 (My most insecure body part, Small increase on left, half inch on right)

Strength increases are pretty spectacular, I'm doing a Pyramid Training Routine I saw 3J post, so Chest day reps are like 15,4,6,8,20 etc, Well for my first set of 15 last chest day I hit 245 for 15 clean reps, that's pretty freaking cool in my opinion!

Thoughts? Just wondering if this progress is typical, should it be more, should it be less, been eating approx 3500 cals a day, 250 g protein, don't count carbs and fats honestly =D
Can't wait to see the responses so I can learn and get better!
