Weekly dieting changes on Clen

I am about to start cutting come February. I am currently 5 10ish 205 14-15% (got a little chunky this offseason). If i flex abdominals you can see a little though so not too fat. I have an 8 week diet (but if I lose 2 lbs in a certain week I stay on that weeks macros). The diet is from Chris Jones from Youtube you probably have heard of him and his physique right now is very lean imo.

My macros for each week
1: 3200 cal 300 pro 275 c 100 f
2: 3000 cal 300 pro 250 c 91 f
3: 2800 cal 300 pro 225 c 82 f
4: 2600 cal 290 pro 200 c 73 f
5: 2400 cal 285 pro 175 c 65 f
6: 2200 cal 270 pro 150 c 60 f
7: 2000 cal 260 pro 125 c 52 f
8: 1800 cal 250 pro 100 c 45 f

That's how he has it set up with cardio 4x a week. I really am not aiming for a body fat % but want ripped abs and to be veiny. Also was wondering at what time would be a good time to throw Clen into the cycle. And if I throw clen in (2 wk on 2 wk off each day taper up max 120mcg) would my dieting change. Thanks in advance for the help!

do you know your bmr and tdee??
 
No i don't know then but the meal plan was for 200 lbers so it's probably
close to accurate with the calories.

Now I'm not going to horribly bash you though you should know better.. But let me ask you something.. Do u think there is a difference in caloric needs between a 200lb guy at 6 percent bodyfat and a 200lb guy at lets say 26 percent?
 
So If I follow those macros starting from 3200 work down to 2400. When will I know if I plateud? When I can't lose weight at 2400 cal? I've never did a full-blown strict cut before so I'm not sure what to anticipate.
 
Yeah exactly, if you find that your not losing anymore weight you can shave off another 200 cals or up your cardio or both.

the latter being the more reasonable approach.. i would stay at 2400 and up cardio.. only reduce calories when you cannot up cardio any more
 
Okay sorry if I sound like an idiot, but start at 3200. Drop cals when I can't lose weight anymore? and don't go below 2400 cals?
 
When would I add in Clen and would my diet stay the same on that? I plan to use the clen to help retain as much muscle as I can while in deficit.

start at 3200 and drop till you are losing 2lbs a week WITHOUT CARDIO... once you stall there keep reducing calories to 2400 calories. ..once at 2400 calories add cardio at 20min 5 days a week.. heart rate 135... work your cardio up to 45 min tops as you keep stalling..

Have any of you ever heard of it crystallizing? i received mine from what i was told was a reputable company and it is 80% solid they said to boil it basically and it wouldn't effect the potency that this is common. it has never happened to me before just wanted to see everyone else's opinion
