I'm currently 20 years old, i'm 6'1 and i'm 193 pounds,,, no clue what my body fat is, but i'm guessing it's definatly between 10-15% (at least i hope it is haha).
My goal is to get to 220 pounds with around 10% body fat (naturally if I can), and if i cant get to that naturally, then fuck it, if i'm gonna juice, then i'm gonna go big or go home, so i'll try for like 240-260 pounds with 8-10% bodyfat.
