I do get a lot of surprised looks when people find out I'm almost 50. The muscles and a little just for men goes along way :P

I had a fat woman tell me I looked less than 35 today and I'll be 49 in a few days. Was she just being a horny fat woman trying to get boned by the old coot? maybe but I'll take what I can get for compliments :)
 
That's a big dose of Igf. Be careful, as you can go hypo with it. 40-50mcg(micrograms) is the normal dosage split bi lateral(20,20). The timing of it is crucial as well. des is the new trend with improved clearance time and effect.

Correction. 50mcg 2xday. Yeah bilateral (25mcg)pre and post wrkout.
 
sounds good man. you're a bit young but just wondering if you see any difference in skin..hair..fat loss etc?. similar effects from taking actual gh?

Yes skin is a lil thicker. No fat loss because im eating a lot more. But i thhink it keeps my lean look. Never took synthetic gh so I wouldnt know.

Only a PH cycle (Epi-Strong), followed by IGF-1 DES during post cycle therapy (pct).

This will be my first real cycle. I had originally planned on test only, but after a lot of consideration, decided to add the dbol because I want to compete next year. Added the peps because of such a great experience with DES, and I want to maximize my cycle.

I'd like to do my first show in October 2012.

Definitely open to suggestions from a knowledgeable user!

I like T only cycles for the first run but as long as you have ancillaries on hand this is fine.

I weighed in at 185.2 last Sunday, but today 183 for some reason. I know that is still not a lot for a first cycle, but I have been making this as clean as possible. I was cutting prior and my goal during this cycle is to stay add lean mass only.

I am very vascular, stronger, and a little bigger. Also, I have slowly been adding calories back into my diet to not rebound; however, after this loss in weight this week, I am going to increase them quite a bit.

I have a 4 day split and do cardio on the 3 off days. Cals are less on the off days and carbs are just from veggies. Carbs on training days are only pre and post workout, the rest of my meals have veggies. I found out while cutting I do not need as many carbs as I thought I did.

fairly clean Bulk up to 230. Start a test, teen cycle in a few months and get ready for summer.

I usually run a 12wk pre comp cut before the beach months. Hate the diet, love the way it looks, but especially love the lean mass I can add on after my cut.
 
I'm doing a lean bulk after coming off a strict diet. I'm hoping to rebound to a good size while staying lean. Diet is a carb cycle.

Well, as usual the Tren is kicking my ass. Not sure if I want to keep it going. I also dropped the GH to 5iu daily. My hands were constantly swollen and falling asleep. Might throw in NPP instead of the Tren. Not sure but that's the update.

Thanks for the words of encouragement! I've been thinking this cycle was wasted because I have read of people gaining 20 pounds just off test. But I'm not watery, I'm more conditioned, and my waist is even a little smaller. I'm hoping since I did not gain a substantial amount of weight it will be easy to keep during post cycle therapy (pct).

I have bumped up my calories a lot recently to keep the weight the same and going up a little. I've been thinking about reducing cardio, but I think it would be better just to eat more and keep the cardio up.
 
Heavy, what works for me with the tren is having my test the same or lower. Don't know why, but it just does.

Ant, most guys don't gain 20lbs of muscle in a year on AAS. ;)

I'm not sure yet but I'm thinking about a peptide to keep BF lower along with a calorie-deficient diet and cardio 4-5 per week
