What can you run BETWEEN cycles?

Few questions...

Just got done with TEST E cycle. Up 15ish LBS, how long should I continue eating like a mad man before returning to a nromal diet?

ALSO, I wanna do another cycle but will wait 6 months or so, but is there anything I can fun between them safely? Just to keep me motivated and give me a "boost"?

how long ur cycle was? how much u were taking? did u do ur pct?

you could throw in some need to build muscle's bridge in the meantime its fun safe and will give you a nice boost without affecting anything in the meantime while you recover and gear up for your next cycle.

Thanks man! I guess I should probably just let homeostasis do its thing lol, but dam, I know I may be addicted now! Ugh! I am already thinking of another cycle in 6 months but dont know if I should bulk or CUT!!!! ( I do miss the definition I had) I may do one more bulk then give up on size and just get shredded! Cutting cycles are so confussing tho! There are so many more aas's than I ever imagined!

Side note: I am scared that this whole diabetes thing is holding me back!?

But, how would IGF work for me? And what do they mean WITH insulin? I am type 1 diabetic so I take INSULIN shots EVERYTIME I eat. About 60 units throughout the day depending on diet. If I wanna cut, I drop carbs, which makes it so I need like 30 units a day!

thats the biggest challenge with insulin dependancy, which you have. It doesn't work as easily for someone who isn't Type 1.

There are ways around homeostasis. But its a natural occurence, keeping your cals high and your training intense post cycle is key.

Just don't do like most and use the term 'bulk' as a reason to get fat. Thats when homeostasis kicks your ass.

Natural shortcuts are out there. And I'm not saying you should never do IGF-1 or any pep for that matter. I just think you need to focus on getting your body acclimated to the new weight, learn how to post cycle therapy (pct) properly, and then do it again and again until you are happy with your physique. Of course that rarely happens, but by then you'll be my age and all you have to do is maintain and make slight tweaks to keep a nice lean solid build.

You could cruise on a low dose of Test (200mg) along with a small dose of dbol (10mg) and as a wise man state above...I would never stop eating!

for what its worth: Im doing my PCT and i still eat alot, 6-7 times a day (but good foods) and have lost maybe 2 lbs.

I think I would have lost more if i cut back.

If ur bulking and wanna keep that water weight that we all get so used too then run some old fashioned creatine. Works for me while I'm recovering. Ain't won't hurt you any bit

that's you, then running insulin as a bridge is wicked for you, IGF-1 r3 long is a a part of chain of insulin. research about it. for example in steroids profile.
