Either naturally or while on the juice, I was wondering what everyone considers to be benchmark lifts for excercises such as bench,squat,deadlift,military etc. I'm talking about lifts that made you think that were finally running with the big dogs! Were you pumped the first time you put up 225 naturally on bench? How about 315? 405? Over 500 etc.? These can all be natural or while running gear.
