What do you take before lifting?

I take a 200mg caffeine pill. On leg and back day I take 2 x 200mg caffeine pills to get really jacked.

I was wondering what everybody else did to help them get energized for a workout.
 
200gr of rice 2 hours before.

30gr of glutamine, with 300% of vit C.

BCA-acid during the training, 20 pills, i make a break of 20 minutes.

and 40 gr BCA-acid and arginine-nitro, 20 gr amino, blend of minerals , 400% DR of vit b12,
100% of vit B6, B5. 10 gr of L-leucine. immediatly after ( 15 minuts)

40 minutes after 75 gr of prot 95%.

1 hours 30 minutes after evening meal. ( by now hamburger low fat, vegetale,red potatos, corn)

before to bed 40% prot with 60% maltodextrine ( vanilla flavor, mixed with milk 0% fat)

night meal : aminos 20 gr, 6 wite egg boiled. 50 gr of cereals with fruit-juice, 25cl of water.

I get so damn nauseous from preworkout shakes I had to stop taking em

Anadraulic State is a serious preworkout shake it gives a great energy boost & strong lasting pumps. I like it but I pass on the benefits cuz I can't workout well when I feel like I'm gonna barf
 
I puke 2-3 times a week after some training regimens. Use to it now though.

I like to use "Jacked" by USP Labs. It doesn't make me all jittery or make my heart feel like it'll explode.
Its low on fillers and sugars and WORKS GREAT!
 
When I was taking SuperDump 250, I always took a raging runny crap before a workout in fear of shitting on the gym floor.
