RJH8541 thanks for the reply bro
That cycle looks solid. Very similar to the one I am planning on running.
Couple of questions though
I notice you go from Tren A to Winstrol back to Tren A again. Is there any reason for that?
I also see that you have HCG in there from wks 9-30 I have been advised to do this as well, but everyone that tells me that I need to incorporate it tells me to start it at a different time.
Why wks 9-30?
Thanks bro,
Taurus
Both great questions. And easy to answer. lol
1. I have never tried Winstrol or Tren until this cycle. Since it is a long cycle, I wanted to be sure to switch up the compunds in case gains started to stagnate. I wanted to try both to see how my body responded to each seperately, which is why the break is there. I am loving the Tren now, but it does have its sides. And I always have test as a base so I will be able to tell what each compound does or doesn't do for me. Since this cycle, and every following cycle is going to be to maximize lean gains while limiting BF%, I wanted to try a few drugs that are designed or at least better for this type of cycle. I am only increasing my cals once the BF comes off and I know that the weight I have will be more solid.
2. The only reason I waited until week 7 for the HCG (above was a screwup) was becuase I was thinking about just doing it at the end like alot of people do. But after talking to some of the older guys who do long cycles, they suggested that since it is so cheap, and it does help you recover faster IMO, I should just do it all the way through. So, I started a week or so ago and I already feel better. HCG helps get rid of that edgy feeling you get at around the 8-10 week mark. At least it does for me.
Overall this cycle has helped me learn alot of things about AAS. I started around 230 and at 15% BF. Right now I am sitting at about 235lbs and I would guess I have a lost a % or 2. I am getting leaner, and I do very little cardio. Cals are at about 3300/d with a 450pro/175 carbs ratio. On WO days the carbs are higher due to added carbs after working out, but you get the idea. Once I get to around 9%, I'm hoping I will be around this same weight, which will equate to around 15lbs of lean mass. Another reason for the long cycle. A little bit of lean meat at a slower rate is easier for me to deal with than packing on 30lbs and having to lose 20 of it at the end. My body was not made to bulk I guess!lol
Damn that was a long post.
