What else can I run with TRT long term?

What are you looking to achieve from another long term compound? And as far as I know nothing is your answer. That's why we "blast" from time to time. ChAnge things up and achieve short term goals. Imo.

i disagree that 'deca' would be the only safe bet . its not that safe at all for long term use in regards to RBC/hematrocrit . along with your trt the deca will accelerate your rbc production (thats what its used for medically to treat anemia) and cause numerous health issues.

my choice for long term use along with TRT are dht derived AAS like Primo or Masteron. synergetic with test and makes everything work better and frees up more test from SHBG. a moderate dose of 300-400 a week would be fine

- hear some guys use low dose deca for joint paint... no matter what compound I take, unless its orals, my muscles are always "soft", even when im lean, its like they retain no nitrogen at all, I can incline 3 plates, squat 4 and no one would know it too look at me... basically i just want to take my physique to the next level, if thats possible at this age 39.

Deca helps lubricate/water retention in the joints . are you really wanting to just Pin another compound simply cause your struggling with really dry achy joints ?

if your really wanting to take your physique to the next level, why not put together a full blown cycle and training/diet protocol . adding a compound to your TRT won't do it for you.
and yes at 39 you can make changes. I'm also 39 , i've put on 40 pounds of muscle since starting trt and blasting cycles

I get the age thing. Trust me. I remember halfwit said before that he stays on a low dose deca. I don't know but I'd be inclined to take the advise given especially in regards to health. We ain't getting any younger boss.

4-5 years or so . i went from a very hypogonadal 167ng/dl underweight guy that mainly was into cardio and long distance sports like cycling

So basically from age 34-39 you put on me a good amount of muscle( to put it lightly, 40 lbs is phenomenal!). I'm not saying u can't put it on after 39, but damn the difference in those ages makes it a bit more of a challenge....34-39. I'm 42 and make strength n physique changes steadily but what I'd give to be 35 even 37 again. For me at least it seemed like the year I turned 40 was the year my youthfulness ceased and oldness started kicking in. Just me tho. I'm sure the last 20 years of working construction has played a role in the whole old feeling.

correcting the testosterone deficiency , stopping doing cardio and endurance sports and taking up weight training instead , was the biggest factor . When I first go on TRT and started training and had a transformation in 6 month time , I posted that transformation pic up on this forum . of course , we all know it sucks posting up 'before' pics, when we were skinny and untrained. I can pm you the transformation pic, but it was me 5 years ago (was still a decent transformation)

yes I'm finding it harder at this age now to put on more weight and muscle , I'm taking the slow and steady approach now though, as when I put on weight too quickly my BP goes up too much . if I put on weight slowly and let my body adapt to it then its healthier.

Sure send it over. Of course u have the after pic as well?
Lol. To put it bluntly, I felt like I got robbed my 40th year here...of my youth!!! But hell, I see guys over my age all the time, at the gym on forums, what have u, that got a killer physique for a 20 year old let alone 40+!. So that's my inspiration I guess.

Same thing kinda happened for me.

I started TRT Feb this year at 195lbs ~16% BF, Ive done 1 16 week blast Test/NPP/Tbol in the summer, as of today I am 215lbs, same BF%...

Other than the TRT changes, ive upped my calories from 1800, to 2500-2700, dropped cardio.... I was obsessed with being under 200lbs as I wanted to be "lean" but I was emaciated and holding on to BF for dear life and looked like shit, 20 lbs heavier now and look better than ever.

if thats you in the avatar, you have an elite physique... why do you feel you got robbed?

pic of me on the left is before I got on TRT , pic of me to the right is 6 months after being on TRT (again about 5 years ago) and having Not yet ever ran an actual full blown AAS cycle . I responded very well to the TRT , imo

i started my journey at a scrawny 145 pounds (even though i still lifted some back then , the low testosterone and high amounts of cardio kept me from making any gains). the pic on the right is me at about 177 pounds at 5'9-10 . I'm now 45-50 pounds (1/3 my body weight) heavier then I was when I started 5 years ago (and I'm just now starting a bulk again and hope to put on another 10-15) , putting me around 210 . so from 145 to 210 pounds in 5 years with limited fat gain

again , posting 'before' pics and pics from 5 years ago sucks. but whatever. and my tattoos sucked back then too . i got those suckers covered up since then.
