i just add a complete vetable meal right now. with whole weat bread and fresh cheese o% fat mixed with caeisne de calcium. just have a good night.

wow guys... i thought i would be amazed about your food, but what i see is "epic meal time" burgers... lol

wednesday i will post one more picture, of whati'm cooking. tomorow my wife will make the meals.

wednesday i will eat a complete chiken, half in the morning, half afternoon. it will be delicious!! 5 meals/day is enough to me by now. i have not to wake up hungry in the midlle of the night.

please don't eat food with saturated fat... it's very disguting... buuarrrr... guys seriously...

*Shake with skim milk/banana/pb/oats/whey
*7 egg whites, 1 whole egg with cheese and 1/2 cup oats w/ blueberries
*Brown rice, ground sirloin, veggies
*Brown rice, ground sirlion, veggies
*Post WO shake whey/maltodextrin
*1 potato, 4 egg whites, 2 whole eggs w/ cheese
 
Dude I eat chicken salmon London broil lean ground beef everyday day. The sane freaking thing. Brock, Salad, brown rice, wheat bread, drink a gallon of water with maybe a little crystal light pure for s little taste. My muscle replenisher, a little pb, banana, sometimes turkey, and low sodium turkey lunch meat.

in steak tartare yes. and of corse one or two time per summer... i eat a big large tbone of two lbs at least coocked on my bbcue, with my secret sauce... and some boiled patatoes... that's pretty delicious.

i eat bacon to sometimes.

never burgers, fat-cheese, fastfood... or whatever it looks something it never been alive.

i love to eat raw-fish with japenese sauce and wasabi... sushi then. my wife is the chief to prepare it.

2 years ago she went to cook school to learn exotic food, vietnamian, thay, japenese food... awesome!!!

i don't have any pic's of my food i've eaten so far today but i'm about to througha nice, big ass steak on the grill with a sweet potato so i may throw a pic of that up.

it should be very cool if every members will post pix about their food. ( for real)

a new way to show than steroidology members are not fatass in front computers but real halthy sportives. a great communty of great healthy sportives.

diet is the main word for us, powerlifters or bodybuilders.

"what i ate today" should be a phylosophy.
 
Kane my man! That meal looks incredible! Noticed the Tuna right off. I've got a couple yellowfin tuna steaks on the grill right now, can't wait!
 
Wish I took a picture. It involved rasberries, blueberries, blackberries, cantaloupe, greek yogurt, then a steak n cheese sub :D

Just some cajun spiced grilled chicken, spinach salad, and some corn! That was my second piece of chicken by the way... May have overdone it a bit tonight!
 
Yeah but I am about to go pound down some oysters! haha I love 'em and every once in a while I get to hit up the oyster bar down the street from my house.
