since I will be starting a diet some time next week I'm going all out tonight! Jumbo shrimp, prime rib, mashed potatoes and a huge garden salad for this old bird!

poor tuna... ther's no peace for them as long as kane walk the floor of this planet, i eat a ton tuna, it's simply perfect, 42% of the prot of tuna have a biodisponibility of 90% is more than whey proteine.

tomorow i go to restaurant with wife, it will be a hard time for me. ther's always a lot of bad food and kane loves this too mush lol.

We bought fresh Tilapia at our local fish market & had dinner at my mom's house.
Low carb day for us though, so just fish & salad.. but it was yummy though.
