Vote for you favorite body part to train and explain why.
For me it's back. Probably because I'm so much stronger with back movements than anything else. Plus it doesn't bug my shoulder like chest or shoulder day.
Right now just about any part, i was doing a full body program and now have switched over to a more convential split, i am loving working out right now. I would say my calves, chest, tris, and traps becasue those are the parts I want to improve the most right now.
The first body part I hated was shoulders....so I worked on them and before long they became my favourite.....
Then the hated area was back....guess what....I look foward to back days now...I guess that's just me!

nothing beats the feeling of doin 5 sets of deads to start off, and feel like you could still leave the gym right after and still grow, and then you go ahead and hit barbell rows, chins, pullovers, man i always feel hardcore when im doing back
