My back and shoulders are my strongest body parts but I have really been seeing great gains in my chest and tris latley.
I really enjoy doing tris especially.
Chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps. I know we should pick only one but I love all of these. I love the pump and the feeling of blood running through those muscles. My main I guess would be triceps.
I like tri's, do close grip bench press then lying down french press and to finish them off, some over the head 21's on the cable machine. I get a hell of a pump of on arms day.
