What is your postworkout drink of choice?

Personally I've been doing this lately.

1.5 scoops map
2 scoops ibcaa
1 scoop gatorade powder

wait 30 minutes then
1 cup oats
1.5 scoops dymatize elite gourmet protein
2 tbsp peanut butter
1.5 cups skim milk

Then about 1.5 to 2 horus after that I eat a whole food meal.
 
I hear that Powerchews is coming out with a post workout chew also.

I am already using the pre-workout ones daily now. 2 of them alone gets me jacked, so honestly when the dose is 4 at a time and 45 servings in a bottle...thats 90 for me :D Was a helluva deal. (Reason I have em as my image is because I love em)

Post workout ones? Definitely intriguing but can start making use of that car ride home. I cannot drink protein shakes with water...has to be milk. Its summer now, I cant have my milk in the car no more :squint:

I use dymatie weight gainer half a scoop in 20oz latose free milk along with Need to build muscle's GEAR product to help make the most of the food and protein I am eating along with a sandwich,hamburger something along those lines.
 
I mix the lemonade flavor with water but the orange is my favorite.... I have been told that the berry flavor is coming back also.

I love the lemonade flavor. Tastes so great after a hard workout! But i will try the orange soon. :)

Beside the great taste i like that it has more protein than carbs!
 
i use both xtend and also muscle replenisher and like both, and even compliment the flavors when mixed!! use only a small amount though pwo, as I eat whole foods about 30-45 min later.
