what is your three lift total?

I am chasing 1000pounds, well thats my goal for the end of the year. I am currently at about 940
squat 140kg(308)
dead160kg(350)
bench130(285)

my squat really sucks, i am basically a pussy when it comes to squatting. I train alone and freak out when I try and push myself squatting. Its easy to get a spot for bench, but what should someone spotting you squatting be doing?

I hit the 160 dead for 2 reps today. I have been seeing awesome strength gains from using 5x5

I know my goal is pretty lame to alot of you out there, but I am interested to hear what some of your totals are
 
All gym lifts, and the dead doesn't really count, b/c I have to use straps, but here goes:

Deads: 525lbs
Squat: 425lbs
Bench: 365lbs
Total: 1315lbs

The bench is my personal record, got it about 7-8 months ago, but I doubt I could touch 325 now........been too stressed out with school and work, and I've been averaging about 4-4.5 hours of sleep probably 6 nights per week. It's funny though, that all of my other lifts are just plateaued, while my bench has dropped about 12% in the past 3 months or so.
 
I have pulled 550 for a double, not near that right now, had a few back problesm this summer. Squatted 510 i beleive off a parallel box about a month ago. Have benched 405 on a couple of occasions. Only the deadlift was on cycle.
 
5'9 240
Dead - 475
Squat - 465
Bench - prolly around 385 (i use a Smith machine for bench but I think that gives me some)

That's what.... around 1300 i guess.
 
Squat not quite sure 405 for 2 on fronts im thinking i can get 100 lb carry over
deads 515 for 2
bench (have not tested max in a long ass time..but once i fail on the 3's i will..im guessing 350-370
so i guess im close to 1400 havent been on in a long time as well

i got a couple of bucks to wager. =0) id almost put two of my lifts up against three of yours. ah what the hell ill do it. squats and dead against your squat, dead and bench.

all joking aside i am very impressed with the fact that you guys are even considering your three lift totals. when i came to this board earlier this year no one was talking about such things in the training forum other than dawgystyle and a couple of others. curls and abs is mainly what i saw. a lot has changed in a short time. my hats off to you guys for reconizing and implementing core movements as the center piece of your routines. this will pay big dividends.

its been very refreshing. :)
 
i admit it..im born again..my totals might be weak..but then again just about my whole training career has been dedicated to following those dumb as flex mag articles..th e past 8 months have been a revelation..i dont think ill ever go back to a BB'ing routine (perhaps only 5x5)..youd kick my ass PB :)

I couldn't have said it much better. Those core movements will take you far no matter what your goals are.

I was thinking about this thread this morning when i got home from the gym. i can't believe it was only a year ago that I was chasing 1000.

I just did the math, and I am currently sitting around 1330.

I want 1500 by the end of next year
 
lets see here: i'll go with my max lifts i have done
so
285 bench 4 months ago (on m1t)
350 squat for 5 or so 4 months ago (on m1t)
305 dead last weak for 3 (on nothing but protien)

total: 940 ish...

Bench 380 Squat at least 500 (haven't maxed out in a while) Deads 550 (hurt my back last year and haven't deadlifted since) So that's like 1430. Whew that math hurt my head.
