Come on Man, your offending me now. I am the guy that sits in a group of 4-5 friends doing sets together allowing my muscles to go cold durring sets. And YES I do wear my beater to the gym and YES I do sip on coffee as I am working out, and YES I will put my cup on equipment because I do not want to put it on the floor.

and about those shrugs..I don't be talking SHIT about my pyramid method. I start at 40's then I jump to 45's then I jump to 50's and I leave them out to let you know what I hve been doing. I also roll my shoulders while doing them and I make faces in the mirror while doing them. Lastly I'm always on my last set wehn you ask me if I am done on any machine( I guess you just have good timing)

Your Truely Weekend Warrior...

Are you going to the Contra this year? I have a few friends competing so I'll be down there.

I live in San Jose so I'm definately going to the Contra Costa Show. Does anyone know when the San Jose Show is this year? I can't find any sites.

I'm a bigorexic. All I really care about, as far as my personal training goals are concerned, is size and strength. I'm more concerned with quantity than quality. Competitive BB means nothing to me.

I do it to look good. I do it because I like the attention. I do it because it gets me better quality, quantity and variety of pussy. I don't have the dedication to compete. Wish I did, but I don't. I really admire those who do.

Started working out to get an ex-gf back. After a year, it just became the love of my life. After ten years, I am looking for gyms that rent apartments over them. j/k..I guess if you gotta be addicted to something this is not the worse you could do. Oh, yeah..and to get laid...:bigok:

It will most likely be in early August. Exact date is unsure.

What gym do you train at?

I bodybuild to keep a connection with myself in this world, I do it to vent energy, relax, calm down and relieve stress, And i'm addicted to the drugs. :) People often ask me if i will ever compete, But i'm covered in tattoos. So i just say 'someday, maybe' and smile :)

I do it because it's a release. I'm full of a lot of agression that I bottle up inside. Lifting weights keeps me from hurting people and/or myself.

i personally, am trying to look and feel good about my self. i love the feeling of working out especially being a woman. I t makes me feel good knowing that im doing something great for my body and health!! I hope to become a fitness model or playboy!! thats the goals... good luck to everyone and god bless

I had little man sindrome. I was 127 lbs @ 5'4" and hated having to work so hard to win fights. So I started working out because my work paid for the membership. 2 months ago before I started dieting(man that makes you feel gay) I was 205lbs and yes still 5'4" at this point I just loved dead lifting 500+ lbs while the 6 foot+ guy beside me in his designer jumpsuit did 200. Now I hate going to the gym(clean for 4+ months) and I just do it because my wife hates me this big and I like to piss her off.

O and I hate the attention thing it piss's me off, when every drunk guy in the world either asks you "do you workout" or are "you on the juice" I always say no to both and walk away knowing I just pissed him off. O and I'd love to compete but I don't think I'm disaplined enough to give it my all, but to those of you that do, good luck and I envy you.
