What physique is attainable with just testosterone cycles?

Three year old thread.... All these derivatives of test were made to try to get the good (anabolic) without the bad (androgenic). Nothing succeeded completely, but they all have a niche they can fill.

The idea of stacking is to try to minimize the sides and to try to maximize certain areas depending on goals.

I'm guilty of this too, we see all the options out there and want to try them all. It's important to try to align with goals, align with experience level, and align with ability to manage the particular downside of the choice we make.

The last part, managing the sides, is the trickiest part - and why it's important to have a strong base of knowledge and experience before adding in a whole bunch of new unknowns.

To all the newbies out there, that's why we repeat over & over again to make the first couple of cycles test only, and to use AI and calibrate estrogen by blood testing. If you don't do that, well you are just rolling the dice on some pretty tricky shit.

i never lifted weights.. ever, until i found this place. just boxed.


letting you guys in on something here - my father was a body builder in the 80's and 90's..

so the old man had all the magazines and lit ( pre internet, kids)

when i thought about lifting, i started looking up the sport on the www in the last couple years..

the one thing that has really turned me off from body building- are the fucking body builders of today.


its pretty obvious to me that insulin and GH are the two things that ushered in the era of the size freaks and killed the classic body builder form..

these guys look ilke they're carrying babies, they look pregnant as all hell

the side effects don't stop there - this "palumboism" is a real fucking treat f0r everyone to look at - and a lot of those guys will continue to climb on stage with these strange looking orc / troll bodies that look like something of a different species than even human..


arnold himself called out the sport - that body building has lost its way



to be honest.. id rather look like i do right now, than to ever be rocking anything like that fucking GH gut

and youll have a longer lifespan and better quality of life.
