What sups do you guys take while on Cycle?

Hey guys, not sure if I should have put this in the supplements forum, if so I apologize.

Was wondering what sups you guys take while on cycle. Here is my list:

At Breakfast:

· Multi Vitamin/Mineral (no iron)
· 1000 mg. Vitamin – C
· 210 mg. Milk Thistle
· 1000 mg. CLA
· Digestive Enzymes
· 100 mg. CoQ-10
· Liver Care

Pre-Workout (including Boost Pre-workout drink):

2 scoops PLAZMOSIS
325 mg. Aspirin
250 mg. Green Tea Extract

Post Workout (with my Protein Shake):
5 Grams L-Glutamine

With 3rd meal of day:

· 250 mg. Green Tea Extract.
· 500 mg. Cranberry
· 1000 mg. CLA

Before Bed:

· Multi Vitamin/Mineral (no iron)
· 1000 mg. Vitamin – C
· 210 mg. Milk Thistle
· 1000 mg. CLA
· Digestive Enzymes
· 100 mg. CoQ-10
· Liver Care
· 500 mg. Cranberry
· 3 ZMA
· 500 mg. Cranberry
And 5 Grams L-Glutamine
 
protein, creatine, a multi and fish oil


used to use a lot more (milk thistle, coq10, suma root, cranberry extract, bcaa's, glutamine, etc)

and then i realized none of it made a noticeable difference in any way. decided my money was better spent on quality food and gear than pills



sidenote- my multi is orange triad, so it's technically a joint complex too, which i think are worth taking. I also still use milk thistle and liv52 before and after orals.

looking at that list again, i'm surprised it doesn't burn when you pee lol

The burning is from the Clap I thought. Hmmmm. LOL. Need? Do I need to drink my own piss in the morning? No, I do it cause I like it! LMFAO... Dodgeball quote I think.

Yeah guys it is a lot of sups. I have never really been one into taking any more then perhaps a vitamin some oils and creatine. BUT. I recently started training with some retired Pro-body builders and spending a lot of time with them talking, etc. We talk gear, goals, etc. All of them agreed step by step on what the proper sups to take were. The logic wasn't that it was going to help me grow bigger. Yes some of the stuff in there is for body fat, test boosting, muscle recover, but most of it was for long term health with being a juicer. To quote one of them when I said, "I can't belive I am taking this much shit." He responded, 'Well this shit is what will keep you healthy in the long run. It's why after 15 years of juicing my blood work is still clean."

There was a lot of back and fourth and I just ask questions like a mother fucker and at the end of the month of discussion this all started making sense.

Aspirin so I don't have a heart attack with all of the damn supps I am taking!!! LOL. My understanding is that aspirin helps with blood flow.

About $250 a month.

5 Grams. Not quite. LOL.

A lot of these sups are for liver protection for orals as well as anti-oxidants, vitamins, etc. Yeah I agree it is heavy on the pills and at first it was hard to swallow (figuratively and literally). But, with that said. These guys have finally gained my trust. Not only are they gear heads but, again pros (Mr. Olympia top 10's, Arnold Classic top 10's, etc), and they just have an unreal knowledge of diet, sups, and gear.

We shall see.. LOL

Instead of Creatine I have been using Plazmosis and all I can say is, "HOLY CRAP." I have NEVER gotten this type of pump without having to build it up. First time I drank it 30 minutes later I was G2G. Best part is no jitters that I have gotten from other pre-work out drinks and no bloating or cramping that I constantly get from Creatine. Again this Plazmosis is ridiculous!
 
Just finished up a 500mg Sustanon (sust) cycle with 100mg eod of mast. Starting post cycle therapy (pct) and just turned the workout up about 6 notches with these guys and diet was turned up a botch or 2 with 3J.

The cycle that we are preparing for next is sick hence all the liver protection. I'm sure this will raise some brows but it will basically be test mixed with 100mg of Winstrol (winny) and 100mg of var Ed
 
100mgs Winstrol (winny) and Var. Damn, your liver is gonna be hating you. Definately stock up on the liver cleansing supps. I am also a big liver protection advocate and I always take milk thistle and cleansing teas.
 
I always take:
Multi vitamin
1000mg Vitamin C - split in 2 doses
3000mg Glucosamine - split in 2 doses
Cod liver oil
Omega 3
Whey Protein
Glutamine Peptides

On cycle I add:
2000mg CLA - split in 2 doses
Liv52 DS (if taking d-bol)

While off cycle I add:
1000mg Ginseng
Ginkgo Biloba 120mg
Creatine - cycle
Cycle Universal's Animal Stack and/or M-Stack vitamin packs
ZMA - cycle
 
mass builder, whey protein, pre workout pump(nitro x4) ,after workout(creatine anabolic) and before bed,GABA.

Just my opinion, but i think you are a retard for taking all that crap.NO OFFENSE.

You get alot of vitamins and minerals in your diet and your shakes will also supply you with glutamine,vitamins and all that stuff.
 
I used to take a lot of supplements but found that it was doing a number on my kidneys - so I cut back, I actually alternate what I take depending on my training, dietm cycle, and what I'm trying to achieve. I have a ton of supplements, but for everyday purposes I take wheat grass, whey, shakeology (I can get all my green tea and a good portionof my vitamins from that so I dont need a multi), and probiotic. I take them all in the am - the first 3 I combine into a shake post workout. Anything else I take is depending on what I'm running, trying to achieve, etc....
