Whats the best post workout,recovery supplement

What is the best post workout supplement,that has the right amount of protein:carbs ratio,Bcaa's etc....ive tried alot of them and im wanting to change to something thats top notch,anyone got any recommendations?:help:
 
my personal favorite is Orange Muscle Replenisher from NTBM..it's got everything that I am looking for post workout.
 
I'll drink Scivation XTEND during my work out, sometimes I'll mix it with creatine too. After I work out I make sure I get atleast 1 shake in - through this I average great ratios of creatine, BCAA's, EAA's, protein/carbs/fats etc.

I'll have the XTEND (Bcaa's) during my work out sometimes with Green Magnitude (creatine) followed by Myofusion whey with milk after my work out. I believe its all about getting the right macronutrients, vitamins, aminos and minerals in your body quickly to start the repair process as soon as possible - plus BCAA's help stop muscle break down too.
 
I like the bcaa powercgews from ntbm. But my fav is a good ole piece of chicken on the George forman mixed with some sex from my old lady. Talk about a replenished. Haha
 
I'm another one that votes for Xtend. This stuff really helps me with sore muscle recovery and I also drink it during my workout like vBrah does.

Within 30 minutes of my workout I'm drinking 2 scoops of Myofusion Protein and 70-80 grams Dextrose (Corn Sugar) and 5g Creatine

Been doing xtend intraworkout also - 3 scoops in 30 oz water. Postworkout I go with 2 scoops myofusion (cookies n cream yum), .5 cup powdered oats, dextrose, 5 g creatine monohydrate, 2 g glutamine, always followed by a complete (8 oz chicken or steak and brown rice)meal an hour later - seems to do the trick!

Myofusion is the best bro I'm with you on this. Taste so good and mixed easy. I stated using Scivation Xtend's too and that stuff also taste good and works very well. I pick both up at Orbitnutrition

close I do the chocolate and 1 scoop pure whey evrything else though close nice

Yeah Myofusion is by far the best tasting I've found. Stoked that they decided to add hydrolysate now too!
 
Lemonade Muscle replenisher from NTBM....cannot believe how long it took me to try that shit....feel retarded now... creatine, bcaa's, glutamine, protein, carbs....fuckin all in one postworkout man
