this isnt gym related...but in 7th grade i was on a trampoline and someone put a iron shot put ball...and i didnt notice and bounced on my hands and knees...haha took it right in the mouth, now i have half my two front teeth are enamel, and i cant eat corn on the cob any more....thats pretty embarassing and stupid.
